I think this place is racist towards white people. I’ve been coming here for many years and I always order the same thing: the duck curry. For some reason, it’s never spicy. I first started out with 2 stars and then I got the spice rack because I realized I should try 3. When I tried 3, I would still need to request the spice rack. I’ve been getting 3 stars with the spice rack for a while, so I figured I should finally just go for 4 stars spicy since I ALWAYS have to ask for the spice rack anyway.
Just in case, I still ordered the spice rack on the side because I hate having to wave down the waiter.
When my food came, it was less spicy than when I had it at 2 stars! I was shocked! And they didn’t even bring out the spice rack, so once again I had to wave them down. So annoying—just do your job.
Usually, the worst part about the duck curry would be that some pieces were unchewable or had bones or back cuts, but I let that slide because it was only a couple of pieces sometimes. Now I don’t want to come back because they never make my food spicy no matter what I ask.
Also, I usually never have time to write reviews but this time I’m writing a review because they brought out a bowl of soup to my partner, and he began to stir it because he thought it was his. I was even about to try it and reached toward it. As he’s stirring with the spoon that came with it, the waiter came right back, took it from his hands, and delivered it to a different table because she had brought it to the wrong table. She did NOT even ask if we had taken a bite or touched it!! Imagine if this happened to you during Covid—someone brought you your order from the wrong table after someone else already touched your spoon that you’re supposed to put in your mouth! My partner was even feeling under the weather like he was coming down with a cold, which is why he ordered soup, and they still took the bowl he touched to the other table?? EWWW!!
I’ll never want to be at the receiving end of that, so I’m not going to eat here again.

There's a few gems hidden in Tukwila and Mali Thai is one of them! We've coming been here for years and the foods, it never disappoint! They're mango salad with fried fish, papaya salad and salmon curry! THE BEST IN TOWN!!! You've gotta hit up Mali thai if you're craving thai!

The wonton soup was excellent and I loved the pad woon sen noodles/veggies, but the beef was tough, flavorless and not worth the extra cost. I will probably order these same dishes for takeout someday, just not the beef. As far as service, the staff seemed very nice, but we weren't able to order drinks because once our food order was taken, we didn't see our server until our food was brought to the table, and then not again until it was time to pay.

Always generally a good experience here, food is consistent and service always great.
Last visit we ordered the crispy basil chicken, flavor was great but the chicken was extremely dry, very little thin pieces. It tastes double or triple battered and fried in old oil.
I work in the industry so its definitely the taste im getting. You get about 1/3 or 1/4 chicken and the rest is crispy batter. We expected it to be more chicken with a crispy layer. So this was a little odd.

I’m not an expert on Thai cuisine, but what I had was excellent. The noodle dish I had was amazing with a sweet sauce that ended with a little kick — so delicious. Generous portions, more than enough to have another meal later. The ambience is very cute with the bamboo ceiling with turquoise lights shining through. Really happy I found this place

Best pad kee mao ever!! First time trying this place yesterday for takeout and I’m so impressed by the orderly area of the place as well as the kind waiters + staff around helping out :). The waitress that helped me order was very kind and professional and the dish was really yummy and felt like homestyle cooking compared to most other restaurants Ive tried it at. Will be coming back again!

The food in this place is really delicious. I love this place, but if you are not used to tips, don't go here. They charged 20 dollars in tips, so if that is a problem for you, don't go to avoid that bad taste. Otherwise, go because the food is delicious.

I haven't had Thai food this good since my favorite restaurant closed!!! Every thing was cooked to perfection and delicious!!! The service was wonderful ! Very friendly and efficient. The serving size was huge ( took most home for at least 3 more meals!!!) The restaurant is very clean! I will definitely be coming back!!!
