Very good wings, sauces and sandwiches!!! My only complaint was the fries ?. They were tough and cold.But all in all, great service, and maybe they were just having a bad day for the fries. It happens.

The absolute WORST dining experience I’ve ever endured. How does it take 45min to make undercooked chicken? Not only did they get our order wrong, there were MULTIPLE HAIRS in it. Our server Alexis had a horrible attitude and was more focused on flirting with the table of guys than anything else. I asked to speak with a manager who was incredibly rude and dismissive. Most of the other servers seemed stressed and ready to quit or brand new with no idea what’s going on. I’m assuming they don’t stick around very long and who could blame them? The only good thing about this place is the bar. They actually make good drinks. If you’re thinking about eating here, save yourself a waste of time and money. Go ANYWHERE ELSE but here!

When I order a pick up an hour before to be ready at 630 I want it to be done close to that time. I went in and they said " probably another 15 to 20 minute wait." I should have just came and sat down when I placed the order and I would have been out of the place quicker than my pickup timeFood: 4/5

I only gave this place 2 stars because the host was very nice and the strawberry margarita was delicious. On the other hand, our server, Praxedes, was horrible. We ordered happy hour items and some wings. Of course the sauces we wanted were not available because they were so popular, fine. What really frustrates me is my friend ordered the street tacos and never received them. My nachos barely had any cheese on them as well. I get it, the place was busy but our server did not come by ONCE to check on us. We had to ask the guy who was running food to bring us forks and we had to flag down our waitress to get the bill and asked her to take off the street tacos because we didn’t get them. She didn’t even apologize she just grabbed the receipt, took it to her side station and ripped off the bottom half and brought us back the receipt. Maybe some more training would do good.

I give five stars to Angel Lopez service as a server, the kitchen messed up our order and two wings were missing out of 20 and then I went to the bathroom and the busser throw away my food and beer, but Angel got it handled and I got a new order to take home and a new beer topper to the rim. If I come back it will be because his understanding and patience.Kid-friendliness: Add a little arcade games air hockey or pac man

First off all the waiters/ waitresses are excellent. They were quick with orders, fun, and friendly.Great place for sports obviously there's like 60 tvs in there....Wings were good, not amazing for price but definitely the place to go for your wing fix. I'd advise going on a discount deal day or happy hour.Quite annoyed I paid $9.25 for draft pacifico as that seems steep for a pacifico but hey....what are you gonna do.Again, the personell were excellent.

We ordered our full order and asked for Onion Rings as an appetizer. The onion rings took 20 minutes to get to our table and we’re cold. Waitress didn’t come check on our table for another ten minutes and when I told her it was a nonchalant “oh I’ll just take those off your tab”. I ordered wings and fries and my dad ordered the boneless wing pizza and fries. The wings and pizza arrived 20 minutes after the onion rings and the waitress said “oh I’ll be right back with your fries”. We took a bite of our meals and just like the onion rings, cold as can be. We were hoping our fries could have been to our table and at least warm but our waitress ignored our table while hiding out in the drink station and was no where to be seen. I had to wave her down to let her know that the food again was cold and that she forgot our fries. Again, an emotionless response of “I’ll grab my manager”. Manager came out and seemed to not even care and just said “we’ll take the onion rings and fries off the tab and give you a discount”. We paid for the wings and pizza but it didn’t dawn on me until we were heading out the door that we paid for food we didn’t even eat. I was so over the situation that I didnt bother starting an argument over paying for the meal. This place used to be the top of the town and was my go-to but the lack of care from the top down shows and makes it hard to want to recommend this place.

Amazing service! We sat at the bar because there was a bit of a wait, that bartender was outstanding! She was all over the place but didn't miss a thing. The food was good. Typical consistent chain restaurant food. It was very loud like one would expect at a sports bar. I would absolutely go back for the service.Food: 4/5
