Maybe learn how to pack the food and put napkins ?
Owner will not honor a refund of the most disgusting food I have had the displeasure of eating. The employees are rude and Yolanda who I spoke with who said a refund would be given was the only one pleasant. The little snotty girl who hung up on me today while requesting to speak to management should find another career where she doesn't speak with anyone in the general public. I would expect a franchise such as DQ to do better by their customers. 41$ for garbage food no thank you. I called corporate and have a formal complaint in and am expecting a response from the franchise owner to make this right after reading all of the other negative reviews I see I'm not the only one who has been treated horrible by the staff of this establishment. It's really sad to know they don't care about the quality of the product they sell or the customers they serve.
The customer service is great ?, Yolanda (yolee) is very nice and so are the other employees.
Manager was rude. They had only 3 employees on a Saturday during the rush. The manager was yelling at the employees so much it was impeding the productivity. No wonder only 2 people came to work. No one wants to be belittled when they are doing their best. The ice cream cake was necessary or we would have gone elsewhere. Unreal how disrespectful this manager was to the employees.
I tried to order some pretzel sticks at 5:40 pm and they said they were done selling food for the day. It's not 6pm yet????
Last night I went to this location with my son and husband. They wanted banana split blizzards. There was 2 employees one was cleaning floor and 1 guy came to the register. We ordered 2 small banana split blizzards and 1 small julius. He already had the look of I don’t want to be working. No hello or can I take your order. After ordering the guy said the ice cream machine might be runny so not sure you want to take the chance. “It might be but I don’t know” I paused and said oh ok could you go check it then? He sighed and said “yeah I guess I can do that.”It was super odd. The ice cream was fine so he started to make the blizzards. Went and grabbed banana without washing his hands. Keep in mind he’s at register taking money. Then the girl mopping the floor made the Julius without washing her hands either. That didn’t bother me as much as she didn’t touch what actually goes into the drink. We said thank you once receiving our order. Just a bad vibe all around. To the guy if you don’t want to work then quit! It was oddly clear he didn’t want to be there. If my son wasn’t with me, I would of asked what was up then. We were the only customers in line.

Bought a box of buster bars and dilly bars got them and they were melted to where they fell off sticks plus the had a hair in the vanilla ice cream gross a loss of 27.00 never again

I'll go back when they can handle not putting lettuce and onion when you ask for it not to be on ur food. They for some reason dont really listen to the person ordering at all. This is the 3rd time that we did not get what we order or the way we ordered. Oh and can you spare a fry sause once in awhile.Bad experiences sadly
