I love that every thing is made fresh. No processed food. The people are always nice and friendly. They always say hello and have a good day/night. Never had a bad meal. My favorite is the chicken taquitos with pinto beans and rice or their steak tacos. The Salas bar is great. Always get a large queso and chips. Best go fast Mexican food.

We love Baja, but the service we received today was flat out disrespectful and uncalled for. Yesterday we purchased an order including fish tacos, a custom tostada, two chicken tortilla soups, and chips with queso. Baja is a treat for us because we live 40ish minutes away. The food is always so fresh, and so delicious. We trekked home before digging into the bag where we found no fish tacos and found that the tostada meal was severely incorrect. We called the store and explained the situation to a very understanding woman who offered to have us come back and remake the two meals they make mistakes on. We declined because of the duration of the drive there and back. She told us that if we came back the following day she'd remake our entire order for the inconvenience. We drove all the way back today to be accused of lying by the manager who told us that his wife only told us she would remake the fish tacos that they forgot. He ended up giving us the two meals they messed up as compensation but still make us pay for the rest of the order even though she promised us they'd remake the entire thing for us. He then forgot to give us our drink and did not put cheese on the tostada meal. We're very disappointed with the customer service we received and we're saddened to have had one of our favorite restaurants treat us with such disregard.

My mother and I went here last week. Been here a handful of times and their food is always good. This time I had gotten a burrito with chicken and carnitas, and this was my first time not really liking what I ordered. It was ok, but the carnitas did not taste like carnitas, it tasted like beef that was cooked in a crockpot. Maybe they accidentally gave me the wrong meat? My mother loved her chicken quesadilla, she always ordered the same thing. Their chips and hot sauces are really good. I've noticed every time we have come here, it's been all female workers each time, which is cool the restaurant itself is nice inside. Lots of space for seating, and welcoming energy.

The fish tacos here are the best. They come ala cart too which makes it great if you want a light lunch. The staff is wonderful, the store is always clean and the food is fresh and delicious.
