Dopest Patisserie in the area. Naya is amazing and genuine when you encounter her. The cheese danish is my kiddos weekly ritual and to be honest I want to work there it’s so freaking delicious. BIPOC owned and quality is mouth watering. This place makes me feel like I am at home in Vancouver, BC and how much I love French bakeries. I found my local patisserie in Vancouver, Washington now! One time they made a croque en bouche that was made that’s it take all my money.

While I wasn't impressed with their cookies, my husband likes their cinnamon pull apart pastry (not sure what it was called), and their twice baked chocolate almond croissants... I'm not sure the French would approve, but they are so so good! Very decadent! The girl at the pastry case was super friendly and helpful.

Would be nice to see a menu & labels. Tasty pastries, but the place was very sterile and uninviting

5 stars for taste, quality & execution of pastries!! Ambiance and variety of products is lacking.

We don't need to go to France any longer to have top French quality pastries! Baron Patisserie provides them! We spent wonderful, long times in France and always enjoyed their unique croissants and fruit tarts (Baron calls them fruit croissants)...and heartily missed them until we found Baron!

Fantastic croissants and a wonderful tasting mini pecan pie!!!

AMAZING ? make sure to go early on Saturday if you want a certain item because they sell out fast! Everything is so delicious and the best cheese danish I’ve ever had (I crave one every week)! Owner is super sweet and patient. Definitely recommend ☺️

I bought a black forest birthday cake for my husband after reading all the great reviews. The sponge was drier than week old bread with a few sad cherries thrown on there. Very disappointing.

Came at 1pm, unfortunately it was already extremely picked over. For people who work early mornings bakeries can be such a bummer.
I was cat sitting for my sister in Camas for 2 weeks and I made numerous visits to Baron's. Their pastries are all delicious and fresh and the people working have all been incredibly nice each I've visited.

Good bakery for the Vancouver area! I enjoyed their cream cheese danishes, which are sweet (but not too sweet) and thick.

Best pastries I've ever had. Each one had me like "OMFG!" I came in one hour before closing and ordered one of everything they had left. The eclair was perfect. Perfect filling and the dough was soft and fresh tasting. The cheesecake brownie cupcake was on another level. The last thing I had was the mini pecan pie. So delicious. The crust was perfect. Taste hand made. 10/10.

Had fruit tarts: pear/blueberry & fresh raspberry Delicious Will be back when in need of a high quality dessert
