I paid almost $2 more for the big fish sandwich than at the andreson location (one day apart). This location gives you same food for a much higher price than locations near it. It's weird because I thought Franchises have the same food and same prices at every location.

The manager on duty was rubbing and scratching her face then proceeded to put her bare hands in my kids food, without washing her hands, very unsanitary Then refused to remake the order. When asked, and became very rude. Totally unacceptable When I'm reporting this store to the Clark county health

I really only get the croissantwich here. The 2 for $6 double croissantwich deal is great. I love the double ham. I've had their various hamburgers in the past. It's no better pr worse than most others. I do rate them higher than McD's however. The inside has always been clean....just very plasticky...I don't know how to bring that across. Just cheap, sorry. They offer the mix your own drink setup

I ordered 3 whoppers with heavy mato and they delivered them to me with so much mayo it squirted out on both sides down onto my shirt which i cannot get the grease out of so its trash. 3 hamburgars the meat was so hard my kids asked if they had to eat it and asked for pb and j instead. The food just sucked. I paid almost 50 dollars for this meal. Smh... not again. The first pic is when i scraped off the jar of mayo.

I always do the drive through and for a week and a half their diet coke has been out of whack. There is no flavor even though there is color. I've asked them time and time again if they need to replace the diet coke syrup bag and they keep saying well they'll look into it. But it never changes. It's just awful. And it is the one thing I always go to Burger King for. I'm so disappointed and their lack of fixing what's wrong

Everything was good but I asked for Ketchup packets as I don't have that where I am going and they didn't put any in the bag....not sure why the most simple task is so difficult.
Honestly everything was great service and all, if I had a receipt I’d attach it but I’m doin this review for the reason my kids meal was completely missing the burger so I got 5 year old crying in my dam ear now at the house cause he’s the only one with a hole kids meal bag and nothing but fries n apple juice… it’s funny but not,Everything else was fine

I told the guy behind the counter that my Whopper was missing things on it and that it looked like it been smashed or sat on and then he just looked at me with a Blank Stare and said okay then laugh to his coworker about it moments

I think it would be a better thing if Burger King just shut it doors. I just picked up two orders of nuggets and a chicken sandwich and when I went to open my chicken sandwich, it was just a disaster sauce was all over the place. It was a mushy nightmare, and I just didn’t trust myself to eat it I didn’t know what was done to it. It look like it was dropped on the floor and then put into the wrapper. I think a lot of restaurants are doomed because of generation Z they just don’t care and they don’t want to work hard to move up the ladder.I can’t even describe fully what a nightmare that chicken sandwich was I am so disappointed. I am just not going to go there again and my hope is it is permanently closed and they put a restaurant there that actually cares about doing things, right.
