This is a cute place! I enjoy the boba smoothies. My top favs are the Avocado, strawberry and coconut flavors. I like the pho and vermicelli.I have to add that some times the dishes/drinks are a hit or miss on days. Check it out for yourself:)

The last time I dined in, my friend and I had a bad service experience. She'd ordered a bahn mi and was brought a plain baguette. When she asked about her sandwich she was told "that's what you ordered" and received a lot of attitude and pushback instead of her sandwich. It was unprofessional, but we let it go and my husband and I ordered delivery today, some months later.Today I ordered the brisket pho, and while I was unpacking my food I found ANTS in my pho.This used to be my favorite pho spot near my house, and idk what changed to make it go downhill, but I can't go back to a place that gives me bugs in my food.

The Brisket Pho is amazing. The broth is flavorful, noodles cooked perfectly, brisket has tons of flavor and is nice and tender. Taro Tea with Boba is also fantastic, very creamy and sweet. Spring rolls are huge and tasteful. First time here was a very pleasant experience.

-This place is pretty dirty as far as dust, spider webs and random piled boxes in the dining area,-there are no available napkins-The food gave us both a stomach ache,Popcorn chicken was very greesy and chewy and I have never seen my wife not finish pho until now.-We paid like 60 bucks for that stuff too.-Half the stuff on the menu is scribbled out as not available but I ordered the salmon which is not scribbled out and the waitress immediately stated they don't have salmon.I will say their drinks are actually pretty good but that's about it

The food was ok, but the restaurant and bathroom was very dirty. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and the sink was clogged. It looked like it was not cleaned in weeks. The restaurant was cluttered with boxes and random upside down furniture. It felt like we were eating in a storage closet. Not worth the price we paid for 4 bowls of soup and two drinks that cost over $100.00 I was shocked!
I have been going to cloud 9 for years! And it’s my favorite place to go to for pho. But recently the service has been absolutely terrible. The tables are never cleaned and sticky, the place is not clean at all, they practically throw the menu at you, and forget about them ever checking up on you or taking to you. I absolutely love the food and the drinks but I am so disappointed in the service.

First thing I love about this place is that they give you ice cold lemon water, the fact that the lemon isn't over powering flavor it's more so just a yummy after taste. I ordered the Cajun fries, they didn't over season their fries which is a plus so if your looking for a mild / semi sweet Cajun fries this is the place to get them. Place gave off a comfy quiet vibe since there wasn't many people but saw a lot of delivery drivers come to pick up food. Didn't get to order their bubble tea this time so will definitely be back for some more Cajun and to try their huge variety of choices of bubble tea and Thai coffee.

Worst Pho in town! I would not recommend coming to this place. It use to be under a different name and probably ownership years ago. I figured I’d check it out. The Pho was not good. Noodles were soggy and soup was so bland and no flavor. Probably the worst pho in town. I’ve visited pretty much every place and I would definitely recommend Pho Brothers or UnPhogettable. Atmosphere and service not good at all.

Not sure what changed since my last visit here, but I'm very disappointed. We experienced a lack of professionalism with nonchalant attitudes and overall poor customer service. They were out of many items and we were not made aware before ordering which affected the overall experience. We were told "you can share" when ordering two bowls of pho.
