I ordered a thin mint blizzard but it was only thin mint on the top and nothing but vanilla ice cream on the bottom 75%. Super disappointing after waiting 20+ min in the drive through. The staff was incredibly rude and they didn't even acknowledge us as they were too busy with their own conversations and goofing off with each other.

I'm only giving it five stars so that its seen. We stood it the counter for over ten minutes and no one even acknowledged or looked at us. So we eventually left after being purposely ignored. They didn't even make eye contact. It was not a good experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone. We will not be giving them any more of our business.

My wife was very excited to eat DQ. We never had it. This was the worst fast food we have ever had. The burgers had very little sauce and the cheese wasn't melted. Large fries only half full and stuck together and not cooked enough . The onion rings were good but only 5. It was a wast of money for $30. We will not go

I live right down the street and every single time I go in there and I would like to buy some ice cream or food something is going on either they're not taking any orders through the drive through for the evening or they're out of ice cream but 4 out of 5 times that I have gone there in the last month something's going on if you need somebody to work I will manage that restaurant because clearly they don't know how I mean how is an ice cream place out of ice cream really?? I have worked at Dairy Queen and I have managed many restaurants clearly this one needs some help!
Bobbi jean farnsworth gave me the WORST customer service I have ever had In my life. She spit in my fries and disrespected me to the most. On that note I will never go back. Also you would never believe what she was doing when I got to the window she was HARASSING ME.

EDIT: I'm editing to say that I went in the following day and spoke to a manager, not sure what level management. He listened, was very kind, and gave me coupons to replace all 5 meals plus the solo burger at a later date. Said he would speak to the employee who was rude and his manager. I appreciate them making it right. I added 1 more star ro the service and overall rating.This was awful. Spent $72 and gave them a $16 cash tip. All 3 of our burgers were wrong, they made all 3 with only BBQ sauce and cheese even tho they were 3 different burgers off the menu with no mods. The box our chicken strip basket was in looked like somebody literally punched it out of anger. They straight up didn't give us either of the dilly bars with our kids meals (not even in a kids bag either,) they also forgot my slushy so only 4 of our 5 drinks, and I substituted onion rings but got fries. So exactly every single meal we ordered had something wrong or missing from it. To top it off the kid with the greesy long black hair working the drive thru had a terrible attitude and was clearly pissed to be there.I work in the industry, I am so upset because I could never imagine being so careless and disrespectful.

The staff lies frequently. There's times I come through and they say ice cream isn't working, only hot food but then when I say I had a mobile order, somehow the machine is working.

I only go here for the cheese curds.Parking: It's an old location. Is often running low on staff. I go for the cheese curds I'm addicted. LolWheelchair accessibility: Not many people stay in to eat here. However it does have wheelchair accessibility and wheelchair parking.
