Placed an order in the app. Used a coupon, it didn't display a total, only showed it in the confirmation email. I called immediately to try and sort out why the total cost was so high, even factoring in the 8.5% tax. It took them 10 minutes to answer the phone, and after several more minutes of trying to explain and ask questions, they put me on the phone with Michael. He was argumentative about whether or not the app showed a total, and stated the order had just come out of the oven, seemed extremely unempathetic that I had tried to contact them before the order was starting to be made. I canceled my order and due to their shady business practices I will never be ordering from Domino's ever again.

Subject: Urgent Call for Transparency and Integrity in Pricing Strategies at Domino'sDear Domino's Leadership Team,I am reaching out today, not just as a customer, but as a concerned patron who has witnessed a disheartening shift in the business practices of Domino's. It is with a sense of urgency that I address an issue that not only affects me personally but potentially impacts the trust and loyalty of every Domino's customer.During a recent experience, I was taken aback by the stark disparity between the advertised price of a pizza ($11) and the actual cost I was charged ($30) after all fees were applied. This practice of concealing additional fees is misleading and suggests a troubling assumption that customers will not notice or object to such discrepancies. This not only undermines the trust we place in Domino's but also insults our intelligence as consumers. The use of such unscrupulous pricing tactics casts a shadow over the integrity of Domino's, suggesting a corporate ethos that prioritizes deceptive short-term gains over the establishment of long-lasting customer relationships built on transparency and honesty. This approach is damaging, not just to the customer experience, but to the very reputation of Domino's as a brand that values its patrons.I implore Domino's to consider the broader implications of these practices. Transparent and honest pricing is not merely a matter of ethical business conduct; it is essential for fostering a loyal customer base. Personally, I would have no qualms about paying $30 for a pizza, provided the pricing is communicated transparently from the beginning. The willingness to pay is not the issue at hand; it is the principle of trust and honesty in business transactions that is at stake. This letter is a call to action for Domino's to realign its business practices with the principles of integrity and transparency that are fundamental to building trust and loyalty among customers. Adopting a straightforward approach to pricing will not only mend the trust of your customers but also enhance the overall perception of Domino's as a brand that respects and values its customer base.In closing, I urge Domino's to critically evaluate its current pricing strategies and to consider the long-term benefits of establishing a transparent, honest, and respectful relationship with its customers. Making a commitment to transparency in pricing would be a significant step toward restoring customer faith in Domino's, ensuring a loyal customer base for years to come.Sincerely,Joe Blow

Well to start off I got a notification that my pizza was ready for pick up, I drove to the location to get my pizza, and when I had told them that I was there for my order, they proceeded to tell me that it was not yet ready, and I had told them that 10 minutes prior I had received a notification that the pizza was ready for pick up. The guy proceeded to tell me that they are busy and it was going to be another 10 to 15 minute wait so I parked my car and waited outside for about 10 minutes when I went inside, I was genuinely grossed out to see that Domino’s employees are not required to wear gloves when they’re making pizza, all four of the employees were in an assembly line with no gloves on applying toppings to pizza with bare hands… I did give it three stars because the pizza was hot and according to my son, the pizza was really really good, but I’m still surprised that Domino’s doesn’t require their employees to wear gloves when making pizza. I worked for papa Murphy’s for many years and we were required to wash our hands in between glove changes, and always wear gloves when we’re handling food, I’m sure they wash their hands but still gross to me.

I arrived around 6pm in January (it was dark) to pick up my food in the drive thru and there was an employee sitting on the curb that I could've easily hit with my car if I wasn't paying attention with his legs toward the road. There were no lights in this area, and the employee could barely be seen. When I got to the drive thru window I told the gal about the person sitting at the drive thru and she said "oh that's the manager" and "I'll let him know you mentioned it being dangerous". I'm sure that didn't end up happening just like the prior trip through this drive thru when I asked why the employees were not wearing hair nets and allowing their long hair down toward the food they were preparing. I thought I'd try Domino's again to see if they fixed the hair issue and they didn't. Still lots of long hair flying around. Pretty gross. I'm not going to risk hitting an employee or eating their hair, so if I want Domino's again in the future, I'll go to a different store.

I’ve never had hair in my pizza before. You have guys in here with hair down below his shoulders making pizza. No hair net or anything. Several guys in here with no hair nets so it was not suprising I had a 10” hair in my pizza. Def reporting this to the health department. Talk about disgusting, now the pizza was Amazon just as the service but if your gonna have guys with dirty greasy looking hair making pizza at least make them wear hair nets

Spent a good portion of the night picking off toppings that we didn't order on our pepperoni pizza. Not the best pizza I've had in a while....

Shoutout to these guys for absolutely hooking me up last night at the last minute. Drenched my pizza in sauce as requested, piled it so high with toppings that they were falling off constantly, two garlic cups included, and knocked the price down as they had a deal I wasn't aware of. Five stars!!As far as how I felt after I ate the entire thing in one sitting? Well, that's another story. But that's on me.

This is the second time I've ordered from this location. The first, I ordered in-person at the counter because the app wasn't processing my order. When paying at the counter it wouldn't process when I tapped nor slid my card for customer self-pay so the employee used the the payment device on the employee side and gave herself a $10 tip, which I noticed when I received the transaction notification on my phone. I typically wouldn't go back but it's the nearest location. Tonight we ordered using the app and for ONE of the two pizzas we requested well done, but they cooked both well done and must've burnt the crust on one because the the crust had been cut off of three slices. Did they think we wouldn't notice being cheated out of $10 and crust missing from a pan crust pizza?! We won't be going back. The one positive thing I can say is that the gentleman working the drive through window this evening was friendly and polite.
