Best cookies in town. Friendly service, great dessert/cake/bread choices lovely especially if you've been to Europe.

The only place I go. The staff is amazing and smile. Very friendly and the food is always fresh and delisious. Google translate is free and can help you if you decide to ask questions.

Very rude cashier. They ask you for a tip when you shop there. That is crazy. Tip for what?

Nice place but… this place has a lot of potentials and the people that run it, seem to be very nice and kind people. Bought some Italian truffle, salmon sandwich and a black coffee. The place needs some TLC and attention to details. Salmon was Ok, not something I would ever order again. Coffee was good and finally a place that serves coffee in a regular cup, not plastic or paper cup ?. The Italian truffle was expired, still tastes ok.

they don't even even deserve a 1star! 1st time here and DO NoT risk your health and waist your money! Pirogys with cabbage where hard as a rock! And raw dough inside! I have pictures to prove! The cheese was a month past the expiration , I would not even think to check the label only when i cut into it at home the taste was so bad! I called to explain the situation in a calm manner the lady just hung up the phone!!!

Pastries were delicious. Will be going back to get more. The girl working was very friendly and gave great service. Nice clean store, with a cute little café inside. It was closed when we visited. Tons of choices and yummy treats.

This place is awesome!!! I've barely scratched the surface on what they sell but right off the bat, the coffee and Borscht soup are amazing!! Can't wait to try the deli meats and baked goods next!!!

Today, February 28th the worst experience ever with salesperson named Lyuba. Lyuba was talking to the guy while serving us, and when politely asked not to be interrupted by that guy... she became extremely rude & agitated. The guy stopped talking to her (actually he was preaching while she was doing her job, so he got the point and apologized), yet Lyuba instead of apologizing or at least stopping to be distracted became very rude with absolutely intolerable attitude for the sale person, she almost refused to serve us (started arguing as well). If you want to meet someone extremely rude ..who reminds you about the Soviet Union's service people...those you meet there at the store ... go to Gastronome European Grocery & Deli to be served by Lyuba.....but rather not!

This is my favorite Russian store! They make the best рогалики here and have a wide selection of candies. Employees here are very kind and helpful. Been going here for years, definitely recommend! ?
Very small nothing fresh and about the rudest cashier I've experienced in a long time. Needs a makeover as well.

2 things the owner needs to read : I come here fairly often, when I go at a later time in the day like 7-8pm and I ask for sliced meat the employee tried to tell me many many times that the machine is shut down after a certain time or because it's "late" I know straight off it's bs because I worked in a Russian store with that exact same meat cutter (there's a button on the side that turns it off/on). I mentioned it once because I got tired of it and she ended up slicing the meat that time. It really comes down to being lazy to slice. I know it's a bit of a hassle as I used that machine many times for customers, but that's why the customers come back as not everyone wants a large stick of meat). I know the previous owner had employees who sliced 5 min before closing. If the current owner has a new policy please put up a sign so we know exactly what time the machine is "off". Last thing, the website says you close at 10pm. I called today 11/27/22 and ask her what time she's closing as I know it's really unpredictable. she answered "ohh 8.. maybe 8:15". I come at 8:13 as displayed in the picture. It's dark and open sign is off. What time do you guys close? Owner should have all the employees on the same page regarding closing time. 1 star for these 2 issues, Russian food is good though.

Nice store. European groceries in this case means far Eastern Europe. Don’t expect German, French, Spanish, Italian, Belgian, Dutch, foods here. I’d love it if they stocked some German mustards.

The pierogis are amazing. Soft, warm, and fleshly made. Thank you for a delicious lunch and great service.
