I love little cesars pizza for some reason they NEVER ANSWER the phone not everyone uses the app to order pizza. Alot of elderly people prefer calling in. This is at MILL plan store. Then when we walk in they arnt even busy no one there.

Tonight I was running late from work and I decided to stop for pizza because it would be fast and tasty but soon I found out that that was the furthest from the truth. I got there about 9:15ish - 9:20ish I can't remember exactly but the lady had already closed for the night and was ready to leave coat and purse in hand. All I have to say is if you advertise that your open at certain times then actually be open at those times. If you don't want to be open til 9:30 p.m. then don't be but don't be advertising that you open when in fact you are not..

Got there 10 min after they opened and they had food ( reg pep and bread) already done. Employee helping me was so friendly.

Way under staffed. Employees have attitude problems. Just pay the 2-5 bucks more elsewhere get better pizza better people and u are less likely to deal with such a understaffed establishment waisting more time

The Hot-N-Ready claim is easily the biggest scam going in big business today. I’ve never been able to walk right out with pizza, ever. Throw in the overcrowded and usually very tight waiting accommodations and you just can’t have anything other than a 1-star experience at Little Caesar’s!

The pizza was amazing. The service was terrible. I placed my order for an extra most bestest pizza at 8:40pm the server/Cook named Bell informed me that would be a 10 minute wait. Ended up leaving there at 9:23pm 7mins before they close. Five people ordered after me, Five people left before me.

I ordered last week online got that three meat deep dish. For pickup. It was ready when we got there to pick it up. However when we got home the middle of the pizza was not cooked all the way. The dough was soggy and not edible.. So today I stop by for the hot and ready so I purchased them. The cheesy bread and crazy bread were fine however the pepperoni pizza was dried out and chewy like it had been sitting in that warmer for 45 minutes. Extremely disappointed again. . I'm totally over this Little Caesars.

Walked in here and no one wears gloves. Touches all of the food while preparing it. Dough, cheese, breadsticks toppings and handling the register. I’m so confused what I walked into. Walked right now.

These people are extremely unprofessional. Hitting the dab pen by the toppings bar and sitting on there phones apparently is more important than greeting customers. Sat there at the counter for 15 mins legit.

Got a lovely piece of hair and glass shard in the brownie (i know the brownie part is probably already packaged) but with the pizza yall have 1 job to put your hair away. And my garlic sauce is missing but i got 2 pizza sauces for my 1 crazy bread.
