Staff was not attentive and had side conversations with themselves instead of helping costumers.Their were flies all over the dough and ingredients that I decided to leave.There are other Mods cleaner and friendly staff. I highly recommend an other branch.

Staff was great, and food continues to be good. Lots of kids on a Saturday afternoon; so loud it sounded like another well-known pizza joint. We ate in our car for peace and quiet (and to avoid being pelted by ice chips)....

Staff here is seriously the nicest ever. I ordered online and I came in early and they offered me a drink while I waited. The food always comes out the way I want which I notice most pizza places usually don’t. I’m a vegetarian so I order a salad pretty much on my pizza. They are not by any means stingy on the toppings which I love. I’ll keep coming back to get pizza!Vegetarian options: They offer plant based sausage as a topping!

I made a dumb ordering mistake that they did not have to help me fix AT ALL and they were so kind and fixed it anyways. They also acted like it was no big deal. It was such a nice experience and I am so appreciative of the staff being so kind and professional!
I arrived just before closing knowing I would not have much time. I thought I would be allowed to eat my food while the staff was cleaning up. I was told that it's against corporate policy for anyone to be in the lobby after 10 PM. I ate my pizza in my car in full view of the restaurant and it was very cold outside that night. They were nowhere near done cleaning by the time I finished my food.

Sat in line for 15 minutes before being acknowledged while they helped 1 customer and made 2 online orders before me, they made my mod salad a mini and put it in a mod size container. Drink lid dispenser was all jacked up, had to reach my hand half way in to get a lid. Didn't have any no name cakes out. This service here sucks. Beaverton is waaayy better.
