I ordered a large pizza and wings, totaling over $50 which included a delivery fee, and I gave a tip of $5. After an hour and a half, I never got the pizza. I called them and they said that the driver probably delivered it to the wrong house and that they used doordash for delivery. They offered to remake it again and get it to me tonight or they could send me the order on another day. They did not offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience. So I had them refund my money. I will never use Papa John's again. I usually would order one to two pizzas a month from this store. This is absolutely the worst service that I've ever received.

I called in an order for carry out on a Friday evening, which turned out to be very busy. Despite the high volume they had my pizza ready very quickly. Unfortunately, they got one of the two wrong (both were supposed to be stuffed crust, one wasn't). That was a real bummer, especially at the price. Both were hot, fresh and delicious (love the garlic butter and pepperoncinis, too) so, whatever, I guess... It's all good.
( I can see that the owner never responds to negative Yelp reviews. That's probably the reason the employees get away with not working)We came in tonight to pick up a 2 pizza order. When I came to the counter no one was there. I couldn't see any employees anywhere. Finally, a man came from the back of the store and said are you here for pick up. I told him yes and told him my name. He said OK we haven't even made those yet. I said why not. And he said oh, we just didn't hear the order come through. Well, the music was playing so loud that makes plenty of sense. It was blaring rap music- I could barely understand what he was saying. After waiting 12 to 15 minutes in the car I went to check on the progress. The music was playing even louder than it was before!He handed me the 2 pizzas.Never Again

Worse pizza place I've been to. Lol no wonder they are only 2 stars. So I got a bunch of food for my 8 year olds party and asked for plates, the dude gave me 4....... For a party of 20 7-8 year olds. Like the heck?! Right. I asked him for more and he said I had to pay for them. Wtf. Right. Yeah, rude, not a professional person whatsoever. Food wasn't all that either. Should have chosen somewhere else. But lesson learned! Never coming here again
