I've only been to this Peet's twice since it is very inconveniently located for me, but the service both times was friendly and the coffee drink and pound I took home were wonderful. Now- let's get to the real thing. Where is the Peet's from Salmon Creek??? Why in the world would they remove a thriving coffee shop and leave our town with just one??? I HATE driving 25 minutes all the way over to this one. There are more traffic lights than anyone can count. What a waste of time and gas. C'mon, corporate... let's get you guys back to the northwest end of town and SOON!

I used to really enjoy getting their black ties. Today it was terrible. Tasted like extremely burned coffee and couldn't get the taste out of my mouth. It is a bummer because I wasted $5 on a coffee I had to throw out.

Called in to see if I could get coffee ground and was told they would only grind it if it was sealed and only if it was Peet's brand. As a former Peet's employee, that must be a new policy and frankly, I think it's a pretty awful one. Unfortunate because I do think Peet's has good coffee and makes good drinks, but if you're not willing to do something simple like grind coffee because it's not your brand, it's kinda ridiculous

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever been given. I walked in at 5:29pm and just watched a family walk away from the register, but I was told that they had already closed, and that the machine was already shut down. Although he was still making drinks for the other family. So I asked him if just had drip coffee, no we already emptied them, although they still had the timers running on them. I also work in the same complex and walk down all the time to get coffee and food, never again.

I can definitely see myself being a regular here if I just lived in the neighborhood but it was worth the trip regardless. You can tell that a lot of love and care is put into every drop.

I met a gal she has beautiful purple hair she is kind. Well didn't know what to order and she helped me with the least judgement considering I wanted whipped cream. Anyways my card failed to work and this gorgeous purple haired gal with a mask paid for it. I don't know if she does often. All I know is I fell in love

Good service, glove the taste of the coffee. Oatmilk latte is solid. The iced oat coldbrew isnt overly sweet either so its pretty refreshing.
Great location, friendly staff and fast service! I tried the lavender cold brew oat latte and it was fabulous-not too sweet and very creamy with the perfect amount of lavender flavor!

For a coffee retail chain, I like Peet's. It's not a specialty coffee experience, but they do make a consistent effort to pull okay espresso shots under hurried conditions. Something Starbucks consistently fails to do. This store, the last at the moment in Vancouver, is a nice refuge. Very nice and friendly staff. Pleasant interior. Easy place to hang.TIP: To moderate the smoky, bitter notes of their espresso, I add or order caramel espresso drinks. That combination balances the flavor better than other combinations I've tried. Though the Havana cappuccino is also nice.
