Think they've reopened. One of the better Pho places in the area. I'd recommend to any noodle enjoyers out there. The food and atmosphere are both great!

Excellent and authentic Vietnameser couisine. We've enjoyed their delicious Pho as well as other excellent and delicious appetizers and meal entree's. They have a full range menu of authentic and delicious Vietnamese dishes.

Ordered delivery for the first time, and last. Really a bummer of an experience. Ordered a large pho with extra noodles and jalapeños as well as an appetizer of rolls. Pho broth flavor was good. Extremely skimpy meat slices, less than 10 slices in total. No extra jalapeños as requested, 2 slices total. No extra noodles, as paid for. Broth didn't even fill container, even with ordering a "large". Broth was cold. We live downtown, we order pho a few times a month. I had hoped they would be great since they are so close but his was a super disappointing experience. ?

The owner think that it is ok serving guests with vietnamese instant coffee ( G7 Trung Nguyen via Amazon), calling that \\\"espresso\\\" and charging 6 dollars per piece. Broth was lacking in flavors, and the noodles are below average. I think Pho Van 82nd in SE PDX is a much better option tbh.

I had a business lunch here, my first time in Portland. I thought it was extremely cool that the restaurant renovated an old house for its needs, it definitely added to its charm & ambiance. Since it was a short lunch, I only had a vermicelli bowl, but it was very good! Very filling! I would definitely eat here again if I'm ever in the area.

Had a really nice lunch in the sun on the patio! We ordered pork and shrimp spring/fresh rolls, the lemongrass tofu vermicelli, and some pho. Hit the spot.

I’ve given this place many chances but they always get my order wrong. I have a peanut allergy and when I ask for no nuts they put extra. Even on dishes that don’t normally have nuts, they’ll add nuts after I specify none and make them read it back to me. Don’t get me wrong, the food is delicious, when I can eat it. I feel horrible having to throw entire entrees away due to these errors, it’s such a waste of food that I don’t want to try anymore. If you have no dietary restrictions and don’t mind getting your order wrong, this is a place for you.

On the hunt to find the best pho in the area, though I can’t say I would never eat here again, I can’t definitely say this was not it. I ordered a large and got an extra small amount of chicken and toppings. The only toppings there were adequate amounts of: Jalapeño, noodle, and liquid. But the noodles were barely cooked. I was going to leave leave less stars but the overall taste was good. Also the Thai tea was not good, and very small. The cost of the pho was 13, my total was 20.09, not including tip. A 6-7$ drink should be worth the price. And a usual Thai tea is usually large and this small with lots of ice. Not disappointed, but nowhere near satisfied. Moving on to try the next Pho \\u0026 Thai tea.

Great pho. The veggie pho and the chicken pho are delicious. Nice atmosphere. Love Uptown.

Such good phõ, I don't like the take out packaging for it because its not easy if you're at work and trying to eat but dinning in is always a good experience.

I really liked this place. The staff is very friendly. They are definitely understaffed, hence why I took off a star. The wait was a bit long, but food was good and home-y tasting. The setting was cute (we sat on the porch and got some fresh air). I had the fried rice, but the yakisoba noodles looked amazing and will be what I try next time. My friends were eyeing the banh mi. We hope to be back soon.

My brother and I had some lunch here and everything was really good! I have had this before but my brother had not and he really loved it! I love Vietnamese food so if you need a restaurant this one I love!

We have tried so many pho restaurants on the west side for takeout and have been disappointed by all of them. I had given up, but my husband had a cold recently and asked me to pick some up. I decided to give Pho Haven a try since I was nearby and we were so pleasantly surprised. It was delicious.
