Every time I am in this Starbucks I want to cry due to the kindness of the staff. They treat everyone with the same amount of respect whether they are wearing a suit or wearing the same outfit from the last 5 days. I love hearing the conversations staff have with "the least of these." They get excited when the homeless regular finally gets into housing. They bring the blind man's coffee to him and guide him outside so he can wait for his ride, they are kind to the homeless man that stashes his belongings right outside the door so he can quickly get warm. Everytime I sit down for a cup of coffee, I look forward to the kindness the employees show to others. I feel safe here. I get excited to be here.To whomever is managing this Starbucks, you've created a wonderful culture. Keep it up.

The barista there was super nice to my kids. The store was clean and welcoming to everyone. It’s 105 outside today and they have a water station for anyone who needs it. The whole team deserves a raise. C’mon Howie, make it happen man.

I'm not usually a Starbucks person. But a friend of mine is and wanted to come here and I'm a good friend more than I am a Starbucks hater, so off to Starbucks we went. Pros: nice enough staff, clean bathrooms, comfy spots to chill for extended periods of time and have semi-private convos. My friend was given free whip for herself that they rang up at $0 for a pup-a-cinno. She didn't complain about her drink and I didn't get one so I couldn't complain even if I wanted to. Cons: staff wasn't very attentive and spent most of their time talking to one another even when their attention was needed from customers. The bathrooms required a code- which I get, maybe it's necessary for them, but annoying to have to ask for it when employees are busy chatting amongst themselves and not paying much attention to people standing at the counter with full bladders. The comfiest spot is also next to the (albeit, mild) bathroom traffic. Had to pay a couple bucks for street parking and walk a few blocks but really that's not a con for me, however I could see how it might be for some.The vibe is something like college student hangout meets we really could care less if you're here. Which I didn't totally hate, tbh.

Esther Short Park Starbucks feels more like a neighborhood place than a massive chain. Friendly staff, great hours. Enough can't be said about how awesome the staff are, from normal customer interactions, to addressing problems unique to the area.

LOVE! 10/10 recommend the employees are so nice and fast working. literally was in and out, they listen to orders so perfect (usually ask for extra carmel drizzle and most starbucks forgets it!) They have little stickers on the cups it's the cutest thing. LOVE

Barista we walked into was probably one of the most friendly people I've ever encountered. Was super nice and helpful when trying to purchase items before I hopped on a plane back to Arizona. Definitely would go back just to experience the wonderful atmosphere and helpful staff.
