Do not eat the cheese I repeat do not eat the cheese… their cheese used to be good and now it’s super cheap.. my bf got food poisoning from his sandwich. Be careful go to jimmy John’s instead haha. They shouldn’t be open.. any franchise location really….

Super slow guy took more than. 10 mins to prepare 2 online order. He wa unable to move and was also arrogant when I asked him if he has any more help in the store. He said look out at different store if I am in a hurry. he was not even half done in 10 mins. Very rude … few people spoil the reputation of a good company please hire people with good attitude.

I gave the food a one star but that isn't actually fair. I never received my food after 45 minutes of waiting. I tried the drive thru out for the first time. That was actually kind of fun. There was one car ahead of me at the pay window and a couple inside eating their food. 2 other couples came in while i was waiting. At 30 minutes when the car hadn't moved in front of me I got out of my car and walked up to her. To make sure there was someone in the car. I asked her if she was waiting for her food. She said yes. And she went on to explain they always take a very long time. I went back to my car. After 10 more minutes I finally drove around the car in front of me and went inside. There was 1 person waiting for her food and no one else seated. I said I had been waiting 45 minutes for my food and the person making a sandwich said we are very busy. I looked around and said " you only have one person in here" He stated that they had just had a rush. I mentioned that you consider 2 couples a rush. I then asked the sandwiches they are making where mine. He said no. I told him to cancel the order. And he said if that is what you want. As I was walking out the door I stated "you really just don't care"I am sure subway has a average amount of time it takes to make a sandwich. I counted a total 4 sandwiches from the 2 couples in side. One sandwich for the lady that was waiting and what ever they made for the one person waiting in her car. So if I did the math right it was taking 7.50 minutes per sandwich.After I left I proceeded to the Subway at 13521 SE 3rd Way Suite 100, Vancouver, WA 98684. I pulled in and they where looking pretty busy. But I was really craving Subway so I decided to give it a try. They looked like they where moving the line quickly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The workers were very pleasant and I will be coming back. They hit it out of the ball park even though they where busy.

The young lady, Mari was great. She was the lone employee and despite how busy it was, she remained calm and professional the entire time. To the managers/owners that allowed this scheduling blunder, "SHAME ON YOU". A young lady of her size (petite), should never work that establishment alone. Obviously, employee safety is low on your radar.Thank you Mari for your exceptional and efficient service!

Tired, coming home from work and he cheered me up talking about his kids, tv shows, splash mountain, and more while giving recommendations and making my sandwiches perfectly! 100% satisfied with the service and food! This location is horrible. If you order through the screen and pull up, you will wait forever for a person to come up. We ordered a steak and cheese and when asked if we want additional cheese, I hit no. The sandwich came with steak and bread.. this is not a steak and cheese. This isn't my first time that my sandwich was messed up!

So this EMPLOYEE… (manager maybe guessing by his inattentive behavior… seeming to be “on a break” while I ordered and ate), sat in the dining room with his shoes and socks off whole I ate and chatted with my friend. We were there for over an hour. He put his shoes and socks on and disappeared for a bit… taking a “break” from his break, I suppose, but upon his return, removed his shoes again - leaving his socks on this time. I know I sound like an old Karen, but can we PLEASE draw a line on decency, and place this type of thing BELOW that line!!!?? Lol?????.Otherwise, the experience was pretty good, had excellent service from a younger guy who had only been working here a few days (and left apparently to run the joint by himself as he also had to deal with drive-thru orders).I wouldn’t have had to sit near this shoeless joe, but the music in the other corner of the room was too loud to carry a conversation.In not going back… for some reason subway tastes like “subway” instead of just tasting like a sandwich and the unsettling flavor lasts a couple days ? .
