Drove an hour to Vancouver and decided to stop for sushi, by far the BEST and most fresh tasting sushi we’ve ever had! Service was amazing staff is very kind. Love how I didn’t feel gross after eating it, btw their yakisoba is also really yummy!

The price really doesn't match the quality. More expensive than alternatives but just average quality. Went on a weekday and it was pretty slow. Noticed everything on the menu either had shrimp, eel, or was spicy (aside from your basic California roll and such). Was kind of surprised there wasn't a single option but picked a roll that had spicy crab and asked for non-spicy crab. Was told there'd be an upcharge?? You're actively removing ingredients, so I don't understand why it would cost more.Ultimately went for two basic rolls. They were just okay... Water had no ice and was lukewarm. Server asked if I was ready 2 minutes after sitting down and then almost immediately after, then was never seen again until I flagged her down for the bill. All in all, a pretty lackluster experience.

But in case I forget: Best sushi I've had in YEARS (since living on Kauai)!!!Super Fresh/Quality ingredients, subtle but complex flavors (great twists on the classics - the fried Philly Roll was insanely delicious!), the fresh Wasabi (a first for a table full of sushi-heads) was incredible...My daughter wanted sushi for her 11th birthday... and it was a culinary celebration for everyone - even the Mochi (her favorite dessert) was better.The prices are a bit higher than average, but seem "cheap" after eating, leaving full-full, and still satisfied 2hrs later.And (no surprise), the service was as Awesome as the eats!!I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The price versus quality/quantity of the food was off. I paid far more money for less than half as much food at a similar restaurant. What's unfortunate on top of this is I was still hungry after the meal had to grab a snack after.The food was also okay in of itself absent of price nothing to write home about.It was really hard to get hold of the servers. They seemed understaffed and I could tell if I should be calling over the person bussing the table, one of the 3 people that acted as a waiter for my table, or my host to fill my water. It was an overall hectic environment.The thematics were cool, but the layout wasn't great. The seating felt cramped.

Wonderful attentive service. The food is made fresh and arribes to your table promptly. Some of the best rolls I've had in Vancouver. The Jack n the Box roll is superior. The coconut lemongrass sake is like dessert.

Just stumbled upon this sushi place downtown Vancouver and WOW, it is great! The service was warm and attentive, and the sushi was fabulous. We tried the Downtown roll, Bakes Scallop Roll, and Fantasia roll (no rice! super tasty and well made). The mixed tempura came out piping hot and so SO good. The batter was crispy, light, and very flavorful. We loved our visit here and decided that this is our go-to sushi place. Come here! You won't be disappointed!
