I love this place!! Best Asian food in Vancouver. It’s more expensive, but you actually get your moneys worth. The food is quality. The taste is amazing and it’s consistent. Should I know!! I order the sizzling rice and pork ribs, cilantro beef or spicy shrimp, chili dumplings and jasmine rice EVERY Saturday!! Not even kidding!! And it’s good whether it’s delivered or whether you pick up!

I honestly can’t tell you how this was. We’ve lived in the area for 4 years, but haven’t tried them out until today. It was supposed to be a special treat for my birthday. When we walked in, all tables were occupied, so we sat and waited. Another party came in after us and they, too waited. After about 10 minutes of waiting, during which we saw a couple of parties leave and their tables cleared (and half-heartedly cleaned), having never been even acknowledged, we left.

First time visiting the Szechuan Brothers today, and wow... the food is just amazon. To my family, this is as authentic as you can ever get for Szechuan cuisine in America. Even comparing to many local-restaurant in China/Hong Kong/Macau, I would say this place is phenomenon! We got 4 dishes tonight to share: Fish Fillet in Hot & Spicy Gravy, House Special Chicken, Eggplant & Green Bean, and Dried Pepper Shredded Potato for around $75 before tips. (We ended up taking about 1.5 dishes home, as we were only two people lol I think typically one dish + rice or one rice/noodle dish per person would be a good proportion). Expect around $15-30 per person would be good amount of food, depending on what kind of dishes you get.Spiciness is definitely up there for the Fish Fillet in Hot & Spicy Gravy and the House Special Chicken, but they were not only spicy and actually have flavor... even though it was spicy(I loved it though)!!For those who are not as into spicy, I think there are some pretty good selections. Just don't select anything that is 3 chili signs. I think 2 chili signs or less would probably be fine for most people to handle. Also, I assume we can ask the servers about lowering a little spiciness if need to?Overall, food was awesome and servicers were all very friendly during this visit. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for some spicy food and something more on the authentic side. Enjoy!

The best and most authentic Chinese food in Vancouver area. Compare with those American style Chinese restaurants with low quality ingredients. It's the real High quality food and tastes just the same like you can get  in China. My husband and I come pretty often. Our favorite dish is hot & spicy pot fish fillets, yummy!

I was visiting a friend in Vancouver, and she knew my favorite cuisine is Szechuan, so she took me here and this place did not disappoint. Everything was so tasty and unique. We ordered the:Dan Dan noodle appetizerTwice cooked pork bellyChili oil wontonsAnd it was so so good! Flavors were as authentic as they come. I really enjoyed this place, the atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly too. This was the type of place where you can recognize the regulars that eat there often. That’s how you know it’s a good place.I would 100% come back to eat here if I’m ever interested eh area again.

Best chinese restaurant between all of Portland/Beaverton/Vancouver areas, by a loooong shot. So. So. Good. Vegan, veg, gluten-free friendly too. Staff are really warm and kind. My partner is Chinese and he and his mom both say this is one of the only good Chinese restaurants outside of Seattle in the PNW.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to worry about. In a mini mall strip.

Very authentic Chinese food. We ordered fried salty shrimp, spicy fish boiling, pork belly stir fried and chicken cold dish. It was about $90. They were ok but it was nice to have an authentic Chinese food this side of the river. I like the fried salty shrimp with shell on. The pork belly was little too thin. The fish was too numb for me but my husband liked it and how soft it was.

I haven't been eating out much in the last few years, so I try to find places with excellent food when I can go out. This place did not disappoint. Just discovered this place. Hole-in-the-wall authentic Chinese food. This isn't americanized, so the some dishes get pretty spicy, but are still very delicious. Had been looking for a place like this for a while since Taste of Szechuan shut down years ago, but lost hope. My new go-to for Chinese food.

Food was tasty until we had mosquitoes coming out of the 2 chicken dishes we ordered. It was so bad we couldn’t eat the food anymore. The sad part is the staff knew of this issue and proceeded to serve the food. Please do not cook or serve food if you have a pest control issue, this is a serious health violation and anyone can get seriously sick from this. Sorry but will not be returning to this restaurant or can recommend it to anyone.

The service is nothing special. The ambience again is nothing special. The food is in large portions, and can be very hot, but other than heat not a lot of flavor

This place quickly became one of our regular spots during our time in Vancouver. They have a large selection of menu items with plenty spicy or non spicy items, and the portion is pretty big so that really makes it worth it. Food quality is consistent from us being there see real times, even though we ordered different entrees each time, I have not found anything that I don't like. It is a solid Chinese food option especially for those looking for a more authentic experience.
