This round with TB was flawless. Fast at the drive-thru, order correct, and our food was prepared neat and clean. Thank you! The new chicken. Empanada is pretty good.

Gut-bomb food. Bring some antacids. The only reason I eat here is nostalgia, then I'm reminded later why I quit eating here...

Heads up, everyone! I visited this Taco Bell, hoping for a decent meal, especially after a disappointing experience elsewhere. I even asked them to make sure my steak grilled cheese burritos were well-stuffed, given my last encounter with an underfilled one. Despite their assurances, what I got was a joke—a tiny burrito barely bigger than my small hands. ? I was livid and immediately called the manager while still in their parking lot, complaining about how empty the burritos felt. But all I got was a brush-off, telling me that's the standard size. That can't be right; I've had this burrito plenty of times at other places and it was never this skimpy. ? It's clear the management here doesn't care about customer satisfaction or the quality of food being served, especially when you're paying almost $50 for an order. I even threatened to leave a bad review, and the manager seemed unfazed. ?To add insult to injury, the two chalupas I got were also underfilled, packed with more lettuce than meat. If you're looking for a burrito—and a chalupa—that's actually worth your money, try the Mill Plain or 65th St locations in Vancouver instead (and no, I'm not advertising for them). It's unfair for fast-food joints to cut corners on food quantity because of inflation. The photo I posted speaks volumes: all tortilla, no filling, and the chalupas were no better. So disappointing!!! ?

I asked for no lettuce on my chalupa, there was allot of lettuce. They threw my Mexican pizza in the container and in the bag so it was destroyed and leaking out. Not edible and the drive threw attendant acted in a hurry and annoyed that he had to do his job. Poor customer service.

This Taco Bell CONSTANTLY forgets to put your items into the bag before they give it to you. I think over the last 5 years I've probably lost hundreds of dollars in forgotten items. I know shame on me for coming back but it's the closest place for a quick bite on the go. The service is fine and the food is okay, but every other item you go there they will miss something while they rush you through the drive thru.

Went through the drive-thru ordered 10 double stacked tacos and quality was poor. Just because you are on a time crunch doesn't mean you have to make the food unpresentable to what it should be. No cheese sauce in between the soft taco and crunchy taco layer! Plus the layers were all over the place.

When I received my order through the drive thru, there was a heavy body odor coming from one of the workers. I had to park and walk in because they forgot to include the mild sauce that I asked for. When I walked inside, the BO smell was even more potent to the point that my bag of food smelled like it and I literally could not eat what I bought it was so disgusting. I could tell that the person who served me put way too much cologne on to the point that it smelled as though he didn't bother showering. Hygiene is extremely important, especially when you are serving the public, in a food chain out of all places. I literally had to throw my entire order away due to this, and I just took the loss of $18 because I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings. Based on the risk of ordering BO smelling food again, I don't think I'll be going back to this Taco Bell.

It's food that you can survive on, is convenient, and will fill you up for a while... that's about it. It is waaaaay too expensive for what it is. But what isn't these days ?

Check your order before you leave. These remedial morons probably have trouble tying their Velcro shoes.
