This review is based on the Walmart grocery pick-up only. I've been using the Walmart app quite a bit to order groceries for pick-up since COVID restrictions started. The Walmart grocery app is very user friendly. You can even mark items you buy often and save them as 'favorites' to easily find for future orders. If you don't have access to the app, you can do the same thing on their website. If you're not familiar with online grocery orders, here's the process rundown...after creating your account, you search for the groceries you want, add them to your cart, click on checkout, pick a pick-up time window (1 hour windows), and pay for your order. You will get an email confirmation for your order. You can remove/add items to your order up to the day before your pick-up time date. When you pay, they actually put a hold on the funds and don't actually charge your card until you actually pick up your groceries. The day of your pick-up, you'll get an email notifying you of any substitutions or out-of-stock items. They give you a deadline to sign on to your account and approve or reject the substitutions. When you go to pick up your groceries, there are about 10 designated parking spots for grocery pick-up. Once you park, you can check-in on the app, or call the number on the sign in front of your spot, give them the name on the order, then tell them what spot you're parked in. For the most part, I've had my groceries loaded within 10-15 minutes; however, on occasion I've waited up to 30 minutes, depending on how busy they are and how many employees are working. They keep the groceries refrigerated until pick-up, so I haven't had any issues with the temperature of my groceries. It's also so nice to just be able to sit in your car while they load your groceries for you. It's a contactless process. Overall, this has been quite a convenience for me. I'm not sure why I never did this prior to COVID. I would highly recommend!

Unfortunately when there's a price discrepancy they absolutely will not even correct it look into it and Chris who works there who's very rude has an attitude and it's too bad because unfortunately it's the nearest Walmart to me. Luckily Fred Meyers a little bit closer. I thought when there was a price discrepancy they had to correct it I guess not I called corporate office and they didn't seem to care either so guess what this is the real Walmart!

Employees are rude and don't know how to handle covid procedures they are all unorganized. Wouldn't recommend this ghetto Walmart always have something going down.

Terrible customer service. Accused us of stealing because we put things in a reusable bag and then followed us after. Didn't ask kindly what we were doing was rude from the start. Called to make a complaint and the customer service rep basically said I'll tell him that and that was it. Nothing else. Wasn't worth the trip.

This is scary, and should lead to a citation: I was at the 104th Ave. store @ 7:30 a.m. on 4/13/2020. There were ZERO sanitizing wipes at EITHER entrance. I advised greeter Tony. He checked the didpenser, and said it had been crazy. There were still -0- at 8:30 a.m. after I checked out. No excuse!!!

I had bought a lamp that was on clearance at the retail price was $73 and I got it for $19 when I got home it was not the lamp that it showed on the box at all so I took it back to the store and they would not exchange it for another lamp that was just like the one that was supposed to be in the box they refused to work with me on this matter so as far as I'm concerned DON'T SHOP AT WALMART THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

I xalled at 12 am since they're open 24 hours I didn't think I'd be a problem answer the phone the lady went to check on something she never came back to the phone she hung up on me I called back with the phone ring for about 10 minutes nobody ever came. Back to the phone but maybe they're on a cigarette break.lol

This Walmart is a joke! Manager Christine does not know how to manage nor does she follow up with people. I would spend the extra money and go elsewhere. Assistant manager Andrew is seriously incompetent and needs to be fired. He dropped the ball on a major customer service issue and never took accountability. I have written the CEO and will not be spending another penny in this store ever again!
