This Walmart is a joke! Manager Christine does not know how to manage nor does she follow up with people. I would spend the extra money and go elsewhere. Assistant manager Andrew is seriously incompetent and needs to be fired. He dropped the ball on a major customer service issue and never took accountability. I have written the CEO and will not be spending another penny in this store ever again!

This Walmart is ridiculous. The cosmetic area closes at a certain time and you have to leave not to mention the employee that said it was closed was rude basically said "make your selections and leave." I walked over to the electronics area it was completely closed off with signs saying "closed till 7am" what the heck!? I've been to other Walmart's in the area and NONE of them are like this one. The employees are rude and watch you like a hawk.

My sister and I bought our little sister toys for a present and opened them and the stink was terrible it stank up the car. The package said it had a new ingredient and i looked it up and it said that if inhaled it can have carcinogenic effects! So I bought my baby sister something could cause her cancer! Also it said if touched it can cause rashes! The toy is meant to be touched. The stink was terrible and burning my nose to breathe in the air in the car. Picture shows the ingredient.

My experience with assistant Manager Andrew was and has been a nightmare! He did not do what he promised he would do considering I spent over $700 on tires after i was treated poorly and waited an addition 5 hours total for those tires to be installed! Not only did this Walmart fail to order the tires they said they would for my vehicle I went in on the day they told me my tires would be available to have them put on and discovered that no one has ordered them! I lost my deposit on a moving truck because we were leaving town and needed the travel work the new tires! Couldn't do that on the scheduled date so we lost the deposit at uhaul thanks to Andrews store! Then I escalated to the NEW store manager Christine who assured me she would look into everything that Andrew promised and call me back next day! Here we are three calls into corporate offices of Walmart and Christine hasn't picked up the phone to call me not once! This store is a joke and you should spend your money elsewhere! Michelle supervisor for contact center was also a nightmare to work with !

The guy at the door on 6-27-19 was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Verbally abusive with small kids around. When speaking with the manager nothing was done right away he was allowed to keep saying rude things to me. Why is this allowed.

This store has terrible customer service. It was also very messy...it didnt look like it had been zoned it a month and the in stock was terrible.. the floors were very dirty as well. The employees were just hanging out in little groups having themselves a good ole time. I wouldnt recommend it.

This Walmart is seriously getting out of hand. Making the make up section to where you have to pay for any items you picked up there before you can leave. Without a option for a printed receipt. If you want to pay for something there you have to give them your cell phone number to text it to you. Or you can carry your items around in a plastic locked container. Also at the check out the person in front of me got a item from the front alcohol section and the lady was walking the bottle over to the man but looked like she needed to set it down so the customer tried to help her, she decided to walk around the cashier to set it down. I get if he was far away from the register to where he could leave with it, but he was standing at the register checking out his full cart of groceries. Where would he run to? You can't treat every customer like a thief.

The store is clean and well organized. Most of the employees are friendly and seem to be glad to help. Prices are good.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! My friend and I were looking for a certain product, we asked an employee for assistance. He looked us up and down before sighing and slowly walking to where the product was located. We said our thank yous anyway and my friend took the product. I'm not exaggerating when I say that the employee (who was still there and just watching us) forcibly RIPPED the item out my my friend's hand to inspect it before giving it back to us lazily, saying "Just wanted to make sure. I don't trust you guys." To say I was shocked by his bluntness and rudeness was an understatement. Angrily, I told him off before leaving with my friend. Another time, I was shopping when I heard yelling. I looked and saw two employees yelling, cussing and threatening a customer. For all I know, the customer could've stolen something or did something first but either way, to treat a customer like that is unacceptable. They could've handled it calmly without bringing attention. Utterly disgusted with the service here.

Rude customer service - they do not check orders and give wrong items and will not fix their mistakes.

I went to get my oil change at 2:30 and the associate John didn't come over to my car until 2:50, I would have left but there were 2 cars behind me so I was stuck. I asked John how long it would be and he said it shouldn't be long at all. I went to get my car at 4:05 and they hadn't started working on it yet. I asked the old woman with the mustache how long it would be and she just said talk to someone else. I spoke with an Asian guy who got defensive saying it's first come first serve. I told him that's fine but John had told me I was next that it wouldn't be long. He just stared blankly at me and said I can get my car and leave. I left but then tried to call to complain to a manager but was put on hold for 20 min so I hung up. Stay away from Walmart, they SUCK!!!!
