Blue Palm Frozen Yogurt

The pricing was unreasonably high—over $20 for just two medium-sized cups. One of the machines was out of order, and the overall appearance of the equipment was poorly maintained. While the variety of toppings was good, the selection of yogurt flavors was disappointingly limited compared to other establishments. Introducing another yogurt shop to the area would be a welcome addition, fostering healthy competition and improving options for customers.

Enjoyed my frozen yogurt ?

Half of the machines don't work consistently, fruit is old and brown. Obvious that very little effort is put in on behalf of owner and this place is riding on the fact that they are the only frozen yogurt place in the area.

Only had 2 flavors working.

This used to be a family favorite, but the last time I took my two small kids there, it was $37 for the three of us. That’s insane. We didn’t get huge servings or tons of toppings and it was $37. Half of the frozen yogurt machines were out of service too. I can take my whole family to baskin robins for under $20. I know times are hard, but the prices just aren’t warranted for the lack of choices here and the fact that it’s just ice cream.

Extremely overpriced and not many toppings to choose from compared to other frozen yogurt places and a bunch of the machines were out of order so it was very limited on yogurt flavors. My husband and I paid $26 for some mediocre yogurt. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Great Variety of good tasting Yogurts! The Iced animal crackers were nice but the apple 🍎 or blueberry 🫐 pie pieces 🥧 ummm Yes!

Saddest place in town. Employees working there could care less. Overpriced, depressing atmosphere, lazy employees, low quality yogurt, good luck spending your money at Blue Palm and their sad employees

Dirty, bad employees, terrible service, basically if you want to pay 20 dollars for over priced frozen yogurt, you’re at the right place. You’ll regret ever coming here. You’ll regret spending your money here I’ve warned you.

DISGUSTING! Employees didn’t care to refill any toppings even after asked. Never buy frozen yogurt here. It’s a sad lobby with sad employees:(
