Bring back broiling. Although I honestly love the bowls offered on the menu, modern KFC is one of the saddest downfalls of a wonderful product that was ever witnessed by my generation. The crispy skin was replaced by soggy breading. We need the Colonel back. His legacy has been compromised and bastardized by corporate think-tanks.
This place was deplorable. The main light inside the restaurant is flickering, there were only two teenagers working there, I dont blame them personally, but the food was the worst i've had ever in any KFC.If theres not enough staff to run that place properly, don't bother to open. We couldnt eat it because of how bad it was.

When we first entered the smell was awful. We ordered 2 famous bowls and a 5 piece kids meal, the prices were incredibly unreasonable. Once we got our food, the mashed potatoes tasted like they were expired. A very bad smell aswell. The customer service was great. But i would not be coming back. If i could give this place zero stars I would. Since i cannot 1 star will do. This is the 2nd try i gave then in a month, but it was the same thing both times with the mashed patato taste and smell.

I ordered 2 16 buckets and when I got to the window she gave me 3 I told her I only ordered 2 and she said yes that is what you have, and when I got home I DID have 3 buckets and I was billed for 3.. not 2, I won't go back there, my order was $116.00 I was not happy..they were a rip off..

Damn shame.. I just wanted a good piece of chicken and a little biskey/side mash. Worst chicken I've ever had. Bit into it and it was really hard and rubbery.. gagged pretty good. And mash potatoes were thrown in bag and spilled out. I know food service is tough, but damn. Was really disappointing. And drive through dude was not having a good day. Tried to be polite, but he wasn't having it. Hope you find some joy after work :)

I was disappointed. I ordered drive thru in my way home ..the fries were hard and cold. So disappointed since I was looking forward to snacking on them as I was driving home. And the chicken nuggets were over cooked and getting hard. It was not as good as it normally is.

There is no access to the parking when the drive thru people ask you to park around front. 100% idisappointed to go across 2 lanes of traffic to make a left turn only to immediately need to make another left trunk back across the same two lanes of traffic.

Wish they offered spicey chicken like Popeyes. I ordered an extra crispy family meal but didn't feel like I received the correct chicken. 8 pieces with some sides cost over $36. Way too expensive for what I received. Off to Costco I go. Outside of this, the drive thru line was fast and service very friendly.
