Told me they were out of crunchy tacos when they infact just didn’t want to make it… how tf you run out of crunchy.Hey this is Livia’s Mexican friend, I can in-fact confirm that they said in Spanish that they just didn’t want to make the crunchy tacos so they decided to tell her that they were just out. I chose to just laugh at Livia than telling her what happened, it was great entertainment for me. Horchata was bomb tho ngl.

Nino's is always a great. The food is delicious. They have a wide variety of choices on their menu. They have a variety of meat options to choose from and various toppings to add.The hand-made-to-order tortillas are unbeatable.The Monster Burrito always lives up to it's name.Prices are very reasonable. Staff is friendly. The food is made quickly, even when the tortillas are made to order.Always recommend Nino's for either lunch or dinner.

I called at 7:30 for a pick up order when they closed at 8. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry so I know how this goes but she said she could only take my order depending on what it was and how fast I could get there. Obviously if I called for pick up I planned on being there before 8pm. I like their food but I don’t think I will be back just due to the lack of customer service. You’re open until 8 you don’t stop taking orders at 7:30 and then tell the person to hurry up.

Food went downhill a long time ago. Purchased a $25 gift card 6 months ago and they added 15%gratuity. I stopped eating there because of poor service and food that was not fresh. Went to get a $25 Christmas gift certificate for somebody who still likes it and they couldn't print receipts for credit card transactions (required by state law). I requested to cancel my purchase and a receipt showing transaction canceled. They couldn't do it and made me wait while they helped 4 other customers. I asked the lady to hand write a receipt so she wrote my name and phone number on a piece of paper and handed it to me. I told her that is not a receipt so she took me next door to Why Not MyThai/Pho and made me wait while she helped another customer. She printed a ThaiPho receipt for $25 cash purchase that doesn't show the credit card transaction or cancelation. I now have a $25 charge, no refund and no gift certificate. Now I have to waste more time disputing this with my bank. This is a horrible business with so many negative reviews. They'll be out of business soon.

Always good, always fresh. Good variety on the menu. Gotta have the Vampiros tacos.
Not the friendliest and you cannot call in an order to pick up (even IF they were to ever answer their phone) but the tacos are delicious! Their Taco Tuesdays are a great deal! 4 stars for the quality of food and I'll gladly come back to update to a 5 star if/when I ever receive good customer service.

The food was great! But if you try to call in an order they tell you that they are too busy to take your order and to just walk in. Also, they are rude. They leave your order for the flies while they assist another person. Why start an order if they are not completely done with the first order. They just have to organize themselves better. My favorite place has became my least favorite place!

My wife and I have eaten here several times. The food is good overall. We really like the Nino's bowl and the Monster Burrito. I would say that the only dish here that we did not like was the carne asada fries. The atmosphere here could be better, but it is in a shared space so I could see how the options are a bit limited.

This is hard for me to write and hopefully this will be an educational moment. Went in there to buy my son and his college teammates lunch. Dropped a coupe hundred ...no problem. Couple things ...portions are horrible...being Hispanic I know how much it is for rice and beans...if you're being cheap on the basics..there's bigger problems . Second ..I hadn't asked for hot sauce ...and when I did they gave me 2 cups...GIRL I JUST ORDERED $200 worth of food!!!! I was told it was going to .75 cents extra!!! I'm like ...I just tipped you $20!!!! Customer skills are horrible . Last...if you want us to support local businesses, step up your game!!! If you don't like people then don't be in customer service. I put this on the owner because the manager was no better. People in the valley work very hard for their money and I chose to go there over Chipotle to support you guys. Not sure if I'll be back ...it's sad cause I know it's a family owned business but you gotta be better. Great opportunity for a Hispanic ran business to step up and shine. I hope you see that as an opportunity...I know you can make a change!

This is stand up ordering. It is very busy. Great for a casual meal. Close to a lot of shopping. Near Nordstrom Rack, Marshall’s , TJ Maxx, etc.
