If I could give 0 stars I would. We’ve gone twice now and both times were equally as bad. We went at 5:45p expecting it to be busy as it was dinner time. They had a handful of tables full but it wasn’t packed. No one greeted us when we walked in, we finally seated ourselves. After 10 mins someone came and dropped menus, another 10 mins passed and she took our drink order. We said we were ready for food but she said “I’ll be back for that”. 15 mins passed and she came with our drinks (1 water, 1 beer) and took our order at 6:28p. I wanted the low carb burger because it had avocado and none of the other burgers did, so I asked for that but with a regular bun instead of lettuce wrapped, they charged me $1 for a bun but she didn’t tell me there’s an up charge for getting a bun. Husband got a chicken wrap. 3 couples were seated (at diff tables) after we ordered our food and got burgers, chicken strip basket, and what looked like a French dip. They got their food before us even though we also just had a burger and a chicken strip in a wrap. It was now 7:15p so I was staring at the place the food comes out, my burger was sitting in the warmer until 7:48p. Patty dry, fries cold, lettuce warm, no condiments on the burger, added onion even tho I asked for them to not. There was one chicken strip in each half of my husbands wrap, he said it wasn’t very good. I ate 1/4 of my burger because it was so dry. Waiter came back and asked how it was (also never apologized for the wait) I said it was dry and not warm, she said “oh no” and walked away, didn’t apologize. Spent $56 for 1 coors, 1 chicken wrap, and 1 burger. Did not tip. We had the heavier girl. There were two girls working the tables and bar and they both looked like they hated their job. There was a guy serving as well and he did seem to be quick and happy but he wasn’t in our section. I will not go back here and won’t recommend them. Got there at 5:45p and got food at 7:50p. We should’ve gotten up and left.

Fine for something basic, but skip for a meeting or impressing anyone.

Took an out of town friend here, as I've been here plenty of times and portions are always great. $18 for a mostly bread French dip with a small layer of meat!!! Comes with a side, thats extra,(tots, .75) they just don't tell you until you get your receipt. Unfriendly staff. Definitely won't be back. Geeze, Arby's is bigger and at least has flavor.

It was our very first time in this place and everyone was very nice and courteous. I loved the atmosphere and I loved their dog . I had a Burger and fries and they were amazing. My husband had the BBQ Chicken Wrap and fries and he said that it was also amazing. I would definitely recommend this place.

I try to write fair reviews good or bad.Wow!EXSPENSIVE!!!!!!!!!We have frequented this establishment for well over a year with just us and larger groups of friends, however, not the last few months because we travel. The prices have gone way up.$94.00 for 2 Double Captain & cokes, 2 red "clamato" Coors light draft 16 oz, a side salad, a side of fries (very large portion) that I had to ask for 3 times and a sandwich that was soggy on the bottom.Had to pay $1 extra for waffle fries, that's ok but the portion was small. The food is good but way over priced.I was charged $2.25 for a 3/4 full "rocks" glass of Clamato for each of my beers.$4.50 for maybe 6 oz of clamato! Each beer totaled $8.25.NOTHING is on the table anymore. No napkins, salt, pepper, ketchup or anything. You have to ask your server for anything you might need. That is inconvenient for the server and the guests. When you get your ketchup or dressing it comes in a 1 oz portion cup.Unfortunately we will not be back.

We'll start with the good ...the gentleman that waited on us was very pleasant and efficient.Once the food FINALLY arrived ...I ordered Chicken sandwich with Teriyaki & pineapple...excellent!My tater tots ..and hubby's fries ... yukkkk ... tasted like they were fried in old oil.Hubby's burger ... looking on here and seeing pictures of other burgers ..no ... the bun was not like the ones in other photos and the burger ...ewww..the burger was like hard/ overcooked rubber ( if words could describe ) ...he reluctantly ate less than half .... Our dog is not as picky...she enjoyed the rest.We had soda, no beer or liquor and it cost $48 plus tip.Oh ...and if it matters to anyone...they're still using styrofoam packaging for taking home leftovers.NO ...sadly we will not be dining at WW Grill again.

I was one of four in our party. My order arrived with beef instead of chicken. Don't know if it was the kitchen's or servers mistake. BUT it took 25 minutes to bring out my corrected order and by that time everyone else had finished. If it were my restaurant I would have comped that meal as it was not the patron's fault. The server did keep checking for my meal, but they did not seem to make it a priority. Not her fault. Don't think I will return,
