Ordered pickup from here online and selected the as soon as possible option, was sent a confirmation email just saying that it would be ready as soon as possible, no time frame at all. Okay whatever we just decided to head over there. We arrived maybe 40 minutes after ordering and tried to park behind the building by a sign that said "customer parking" but then the delivery driver parked next to us rudely says "you can't park here." The pizza is good but the customer service is kind of a joke. Lost our ONLINE order for pick up and was talked to more like "well prove you ordered from us!" Instead of "sorry we lost your order" asked about the free drink on Thursdays and the woman said it has to be ordered online . It was an online order, but go on lol. Stingy with an attitude on THEIR screw-up
I hate to spoil a good thing, but this stoner's hideaway is AWESOME. I ordered a 4 topping slice of pizza and Holy Cow it was YUUUGE!! Delicious meats and cheese on there plus their wings were incredible. If you're hungry (CBD induced or not, I wasn't) eat at Muncheez.??
