What has happy decent service? We went in for dinner and won’t be returning to this location. First of all we were seated in the bar area where there was us two and 4 other tables being served plus 2 patrons at the bar. The server kept pushing to scan the QR code to order and pay to all the customers. He was clearly frustrated when people didn’t want to use it. I get it… get people to use the QR code and you can have less servers but I can’t order a refill on my drink with that QR code. We ordered our food and it came out pretty fast. One of our fry orders was supposed to come with cheese. Didn’t get that. We both ordered 10 wings with both of us ordering honey bbq for half. My girlfriends tasted nothing like honey bbq. More like teriyaki. The wings were colder than the ranch we were dipping them in and about the size and consistency of a crispy tater tot. When the server asked us how everything was she voiced that the wings she didn’t eat weren’t honey bbq he went and told the cook. When he came back he said his manager cooked them and they are honey bbq. He won’t take them off the bill but will recook them. We didn’t accept the offer because we didn’t want another order of ice cold wings. To go out and get this quality for 50 dollars is unacceptable. Do better.

I went on a BOGO Thursday & their take out counter was BUSY!! So I understood that my food took a bit longer to get to me than it usually does even thought the restaurant only had a hand full of tables occupied. Food and service was amazing!! I went in for some wings on Tuesday for the bogo buy one get 50% off. My server Abigail was absolutely outstanding! She was fast, efficient, very kind, and ALWAYS had a smile on her face! My food was hot and delicious and Abigail made sure that my beer was never empty! My overall experience was fantastic! Everyone stop in here for great deals and definitely request Abigail as your server!!!

What can be said about Buffalo Wild Wings? You certainly know what to expect when you walk in the door. Or do you?Sitting at a high top in the bar, we were served by the bartender, who was surprisingly attentive (considering that we weren't actually sitting at the bar). And he threw us the one unexpected part of the visit: cheese curds with caramel dipping sauce.Yes, believe it or not, or was actually quite good. It tasted like a funnel cake! I was baffled and amazed!And a cheese stick dipped in the caramel sauce was quite good, too!

It's good but there are days when they simply don't serve you, I think they have problems with the logistics of serving the tables and the restaurant was not very full. On several days that I have gone, one of them I had to leave and go to another restaurant since after 30 minutes no one attended to me.

Waitress was admitted about paying with app vs taking your credit card. App doesn’t take Apple pay so it’s a new set up. No problem but didn’t have time to set up and waitress was pretty rude.
My server was really great. He did a great job. Stopped for lunch. Took almost 24 mins for a wrap and fries in a place that only had 6-8 tables occupied. Was expecting the food to come out quicker for lunch service as I was almost late to my next stop.

Wings were cold and hard so not fresh wings smh.Also for the workers making the wings how lazy do you guys have to be to just pour a puddle of sauce at the bottom of the box and just throw the wings on top??! bdubs is already bad but this is the worst experience yet......

Ordered a wings combo takeout and it was done on time, tasted nice, too... but there are TWO problems:1) the wings are half the size they were a year ago, one of them was the length of my pinky.2) forgot my 2 servings of carrots and celeryBecause of that I have to leave 3 stars. I don't think if I'll return if the wings will stay this small. I guess inflation has really hit businesses hard.
