We had gift cards to use but they would not except because the we a few days late. Manager was very rude to my wife about this.we had spent over 200.00 on these cards. This was at store2494 will not go there again.

Location in Green Bay was horrible. MARLENE the cook gave us both times nothing but fat on our steak. The cook guy before that was always caring and knew how to satisfy you. Not sure his name but very sweet and took good care of you. Always had a cap and mustache. But management took care of us. So Thank you for that?
Staffs customer service is outstanding. Kids running around grabbing things with their hands and touching things. Bathrooms are disgusting, food is horrible. Good customer service thoughParking: You have to have a truck if you are going to eat here because your little car of any kind will bottom out and get stuck in the potholes. It's pretty rough.

Updated this today. Went on mother's day. The staff was very friendly. The place was clean. The food was great. Will definitely drive the hour to go again. I decided after today's experience to update this. Went to golden corral today 2/18/24. The time on our receipt said we paid at 1:06. Sat our silverware on the table with our drink receipt and went to the restroom then fixed a salad to start the meal. At 1:17 still no drink. The server delivered drinks to two tables behind us yet never acknowledged us. Yes it was her section. I went and found a server and asked if she could please get us our drinks. It wasn't her section but she said she would be happy to get them and come find us to deliver them. Our server never came by even though she asked her other tables how they were and took them refills. At 1:44 when we had finished eating she asked was everything ok. Asking after the meal is over is too late to ask.I talked to the manager about it before I left and was told well we had some call outs but I will have a talk with the girls. The way it was said and her meh tone she could care less. The server who was nice enough to get our drinks was given a tip for going out of her way to make sure we had something to drink. A big thank you and shout out to Juliana. Next time we go there we will definitely sit in your section.
