We had a very good time here on St. Patrick's Day, a very witty harp player, excellent service and good food. Finished the afternoon off with one of the best card tricks ever, amazing, going to look for him on Penn and Teller in the future. Empanadas were excellent.

Stopped for lunch with 3 other people. I ordered the cob salad. The other 3 has the empanadas. Their food came at least 15 to 20 minutes before mine. I complained to the waitress she said the chicken took longer to cook than expected and there were only two of them working. Not sure why the chicken took longer to cook than the empenadas and fries. And there were only a total of 10 people in the restaurant at that time so 2 people should have been able to handle it. Would have been nice if she just admitted someone forgot which is what I suspect happened.

Very clean and the service was good too it was a quiet Sunday but the bartenders kept good conversation. The beer was drinkable I am pretty particular it was definitely better than canned domestic but it wasn't something I'd talk up to friends about. I had the buffalo wings and they did impress me it's hard to find decent bar food in the area and I'll be coming back for the wings for sure.

Didn't eat but sampled multiple beers. From classic pilsner to porter. Everything we tried was very good. The most surprising thing is, although shockingly not noticeable in the taste, they are all gluten-free. We were told they make the beer and then put and unflavored additive that makes them safe even for those suffering with celiac. What a great find!

The burger was great. Fries were soggy. Suspect old oil in the fryer.

Stopped in yesterday, Wednesday...to an empty tap room...just what I prefer so I can chat up the beertender.... and boy did I ever! Beertender Ashley absolutely radiated w kindness. I forget what she said it was but the big organ is not a Wurlitzer; the building used to be the local Elks and where the tap room is used to be the Elks ballroom. There was a bowling alley in the basement which the floorboards of it now make up the tap room tables! So the tap room just oozes originality and history! You really have to sit down and slowly spin around the room to take it all in! Like the little wire type globe w the motorcycles circling in it! Also pay attention when you're walking up to the building... you don't want to miss the fun little mustache hand stamps in the concrete! Then once you enter the building the Ringling history begins!!Build a flight...if not for the chance to try several beers at once... the Ringling trademark mustache makes an appearance again...as the flight paddle! I opted for a flight of #2 Elephant Walk - Belgian Tripel, #7 Barabooberry fruit beer made w the seasonal beer, #8 Hot Summer Night black currant sour & #14 Flying Squadron Maple 10% Russian Imperial Stout. All the beers were delicious but the Flying Squadron Maple and Hot Summer Night walked away my winners! As I told beertender Ashley: the sour had what I look for in a sour.. the tart that makes the back of my neck hair stand up, like wasabi. Then... you just can't go wrong w a RIS on a cold day. I noticed the Pie Car sign on the wall above a food window. I didn't see anyone in it and didn't ask Ashley but I had read on yelp that that is where you can order Peruvian food. Thanks Al Ringling Brewing for exceeding my expectations for what I was expecting from a small town, to me, brewery. I loved how you worked so much fun circus history in to the brewery tap room. Ashley and I laughed when I asked: what time do the lions and tigers come out for petting...and the elephants for rides? Ha. Cheers!

The beer is terrible. The Ringling mansion venue is amazing, and is renovated very well. The food is very sub par. I want to love this place, but it just falls short.

Great place to have a beer while in WI Dells! The location, staff and food is awesome! We had a gathering there for a gymnastics meet, and they were more than helpful. Our only regret is not being able to tour the Mansion as the tour hours were over. The space is historic and had lots to look at. The variety of beer is sure to please everyone I am a beer snob and enjoyed every beer I tried(the bartender made sure I tried them all). Truly a must visit brewery if you are in the area!

The building and grounds itself are cool but $9 for a pint in Baraboo is expensive.
