I will say I cannot complain about how the service is, its always been top notch, however I just wish that the restaurant was abit cleaner, because the last two times I've been there, it looked like a bunch of little kids was there and made a huge mess on the floor.

Did not feel welcome, didn't receive my order. So they came out with it 2 minutes later, saying "they just made it" but it was not even warm. So I asked the chef, did you just make this? He said yeah, I say it doesn't taste like it, it's cold. He doesn't respond & walks away. Absolutely atrocious. If I was undercover boss I would've fired everyone on the spot

My bf and I stopped by this location on a Saturday and we were greeted right away and they sat us down. Our waitress Paige was great very nice attentive and welcoming. I don’t do a lot of reviews to places we go to but today I felt as though we got really good service! Keep up the good work Paige ?also her heart shaped glasses were cute ☺️

Ordered party wings for a celebration at my house including children. Picked up frozen sides and ice cream while waiting for the order to be completed. Went to pick up wings & They were covered in the spicy sauces that were noted on the selections to be on the side. They asked for them back knowing they can’t reserve them to customers (they were already in our car before we noticed) and on top of that another 20 minutes to remake the order. Well there goes the ice cream as well as being on time for our get together…..disappointed.

We surprised them with a large group and everything was as ordered. Austin our server was awesome ,fast friendly service with multiple checks to make sure everything was right. Great Job Austin!
Wish I could give this place better ratings. Food for take out was so sub par. Very little to no sauce on the wings. Cold french fries. Just average service. Hard place to keep trying.

Went in tonight, a Friday at 630 pm and asked for a low table and was told there were none available. There were booths and low tables empty. Maybe 20 people eating in the place, most of the seating was empty. We even offered to wait till 1 was cleaned off and was told no sorry they won't be cleared until closing. You close at 11 pm. Very bad service and the 3 girls at the front were just rude. Turned and walked out. Will not be back. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

We went here for dinner last night and the service was absolutely horrible. There were hardly any people in there and our waitress had one couple at the bar and then our table and she was very slow to check on us. We waited for refills for a long time and waited for our check for a long time because she was showing the couple at the bar pictures on her phone. Also all of the staff were sitting on their phones and sitting down while there were multiple dirty dishes that were left out on all of the tables. They were also sitting at a table playing cards. I totally understand having slow service if a place is busy but when you have two tables that's ridiculous.

UPDATE: I would like to edit this review because BWW contacted me, and we were refunded the full amount. Thank you for making things right!Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience with this location. We requested delivery to our hotel and the order was not correct when we received it. When we called to get our correct food, the person who answered said that she could refund us and could not arrange delivery of the correct food. We were told to call Door Dash to arrange the pick up/delivery or pick it up ourselves. We did not get a hold of Door Dash, and when we called Buffalo Wild Wings back to request a refund, we sat on hold for 25 minutes. Tried calling back a second time and were unable to speak to anyone to get our refund.
