Two weeks ago they tried to refuse the refill my order with the bread was as hard as a hockey puck they told me you have to check it in the drive-thru before you leave or we're not replacing it when I live 2 minutes away this week they didn't get me a receipt checking my food in the drive-thru they told me I need to get out of the drive-thru because they're being timed which is it worst place ever service and food or lousy I wouldn't recommend this to anyone

The manager was very rude. She handed back a sandwich to cook and said no lettuce, tomatoes, and onion on this. So cook scraped of the Veggies and was going to service it. Very nasty and rude customer service. That is a health issue. Say someone was allergic to onion. Even you scrapping it off or picking it off. They will still get sick.

Food is always great when i order from here just wish the service time was faster but thats all fast food now days got you waiting for your food but ive always loved eating here wishing they would bring back the chicken Marana with swiss back
The employees at the window and taking my order were friendly and great .. I waited 20 min (not exaggerating) in the drive thru for my mobile order . Drove 5 min home all the food is cold / room temp . Only 1 sandwich was warm . Issue is they got one person making the food . So you order for your entire family .. they make 1 burger at a time . So the first burgers just sit .. 3x this has happened now . Think I’m done .. why is it so hard to find decent fast food in Beloit . Every place seems to have issues

I couldn't have confused them anymore, even if I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese...I saw an employee go out 3 times to give a meal to a vehicle in the Drive-thru, I wonder if they ever got their meal?A real disappointment-I won't go back, Arby's is near by...
