If I could rate 0, I would! The owner came walking in with an exterminator, which made me uneasy as I heard him describing a bug problem. He then starts complaining to the girl employee in Spanish about my truck being there (despite there being more than enough room) and referring to me with Spanish vulgarities. Perhaps he should not assume white people don't know Spanish. Had he asked me to park across the street, I gladly would have. Instead I walked out without my food. Between the attitude and the bug infestation, I lost my appetite.

I’m not one to write reviews but I must say this was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. While walking through the restaurant it was extremely dirty. When we are sat we asked for a margarita blended. The server brought the margarita not blended and no ice in it. Walked away right away and when we brought it up to the server they said the blender wasn’t working. Which I thought they would inform us of that. After we received our food, the food was tasteless. The guacamole was extremely browned, the sour cream tasted like it was bad, and the ground beef wasn’t done and was extremely pink.( I don’t mind pink hamburger but that’s not everyone’s go to.) The server was on their phone FaceTiming and talking extremely loud close to where we were eating. Which I find a little annoying. They didn’t check up on us on anything. Once we payed we walked outside and the cook came out and just stared at us angrily as we drove away. I’m extremely disappointed about the service and the overall experience of this restaurant. I will not be coming back here. I hope others have a better experience.

The owner/cook should stay in the kitchen. We had a party of 8 with reservations, taking pictures inside. He came out to tell us we had to go outside to take pictures. Whatcha' hiding, there, buddy? Totally rude. Never. Nunca. Nada mas. Never going back.

I’m sorry to do this but I felt totally disrespected coming here and I will never come here again. I asked a question about Apple Pay and debit card with my phone. The greeter cursed me out and told me to leave. I don’t recommend this restaurant and I have to say the customer service was awful. The food might be good, but the waiter did not have to be rude for no reason. ????. I think he was mad I didn’t have cash, but I asked before I was and I was not rude at all. Worse customer service I ever experienced in my life. Sorry casa mexicana ?

I brought my family from out of town here. We had a terrible experience from the start. The cook was very rude. He came to take ourDrink order but would not acknowledge you if you talked to him. He would walk away like he didn't hear you. We asked for ketchup for our kids meals, since ours on the table was empty. I got a response that they didn't have any... but eventually came out with some. The place was very dark, cold and dirty. Half of the lights were burnt out, bathroom had puke, no working soap dispensers and garbage was overflowing. Food was tasteless, which I didn't think Mexican could be tasteless. Overall a poor experience and I felt embarrassed bringing my out of town family there.

Their food is ok but their service is low scale and the main guy who works there has been straight rude and at yelling at customers. They walk around the restaurant while people are eating spraying bottles of cleaning spray around the tables and have poor attitudes. I love Mexican food good thing there are other great places around.

The guy taking our order snatched the menu out of my hand when I was asking him a question about a meal and that's the meal I got. Didn't want it. Brought my husband another drink. He didn't even ask if I wanted another. He was very rude.

Updated review, down from 5 stars.This was my favorite place prior to 2020/2021. The customer service of the owner was always lacking but the great food and prices more than made up for it. Since Covid, however, the service had gone from poor to downright apathetic and worse; the food is now touch and go for quality. The amazing food was the reason we went there, in spite of feeling like the staff didn't care if we were there or not. Now there's no reason to go there. We will drive to one of the Mexican restaurants in Chippewa Falls now.
