I am sitting here in line. After 20 min still working on just 2 customers. I literally watched 3 people walk out of line. They are so understaffed they are losing business with out the customers tasting the food. I run into this everytime. Thinking start to go to cousin's. They dont have the problem

i used to go here all the time with my mom and they had great sandwiches and all. but they were kinda slow but the sandwiches made up for it and im goona need to blame some of the customers because one day i was waiting in line with my mom after this lady and the worker was making her sub and all of a sudden the lady just left! i do not blame the restaurant except the slowness
