Ordered on the app. The BOGO deal. 2 12 inch subs and an order of the foot long pretzel and churro. When the order was picked up employee stated they were out of both the pretzel and the churro. Later when I looked at the receipt I saw charges were not adjusted. We were charged for both sides. And we tipped for this service. Not worth disputing. Don't like the app.

Super expensive. Can’t believe how far from the “5 dollar footlong” is gone. You can easily blame it on Bidenomics, which I’m sure has made it much worse, but now they also as for tips… just too much for a sub.

The two Subways in Delavan do not participate in the National advertising deals for sandwiches. These ads are shown ad nauseum during sporting events. Both Subways owned by same person. No BOGO or BOGO half off, and they don't slice meat fresh, either! Too many other options to eat.

Great menu and food. Subway in general have stores that seem kind of grungy but clean enough. This facility does not accept coupons because they lose money. Unfortunately, that is the name of the game in food and retail stores. You have to spend some $ to make some through add on sales.

I walked in and sat at a table to take a call. When I was finished with my call I went up to the counter. I could see the cashier doing something with the register and after 5 minutes I asked her how long she was going to be. Well that set her off only for her to say..."Are you kidding me right now? You sat at that table talking on the phone very loudly for 15 minutes and you have the nerve to ask me how long I'm going to be!" I said nothing and walked out. I'm not sure who owns this particular Subway but you need to teach the employees better customer service.

Got a couple of sandwiches here, and Marrius was fantastic! He was helpful, kind, and had an all around great attitude. He is an employee worth keeping and would make a great manager or trainer.

If I could would give it 0 stars. Tall blonde working was horrible. Extremely unprofessional and rude to her co workers. She didn't even finish her job. She got frustrated because she couldn't peel the cheese and gave up. Another very nice girl but new finished our sandwiches. The tall blonde should bot be working in customer service.
