Save yourself a headache and just go buy bread or hell instacart what you need and make your own sandwich. Tip your drivers!!!!! This place only listens or reads half the order and then gets aggravated when you nicely tell them every single time what they missed. No thank you subway with your terrible customer service and lack of knowledgeable employees who don't know how to put a simple order together. This had been an ongoing problem for a few months now. I've definitely learned my lesson. Wish they'd move out and put a Chipotle there. ?‍♀️?

Awful! We’ve done online orders twice in the last month and both have been messed up horribly. They told us today that we could only have plain lays not the chips we ordered. They also gave us a hard time for ordering fountain drinks both times. Unacceptable. We will not be returning to this location.

I went there on my lunch break, a younger guy with brown hair was putting veggies in tray completely ignored me, until the manager came and told him to check me in, I asked for extra mayo got hardly any, & he charged me for my food separately (cookie, sandwich, soda) and not all together as a meal. He was rude too.

Fantastic customer service. I call 15 mins before my order was supposed to be ready to change 1 thing(the bread) was told ok no problem. Got there got my food left to find out the bread was never changes or toasted. As soon as I walked back into the store both ladies went in back(fyi people can still here you back there and yes I was mad) after they came back out I explained the two things wrong an I was told I can't change an order after it's been made, apparently my sandwiches have been sitting around for 15-20 mins, she also stated they where toasted an if I wanted we could toast them again with all my vegetables an mayo on the sandwich already. Sounds real appetizing let's re toast a sub that's been sitting around for 15 mins.....there's a reason they have so low of a review.

HORRIBLE. Placed our order, it was a new employee, we were patient & nice. I understand they are learning. Got charged for four sandwiches rather then 2. Asked for a refund, waited for manager & was told she’ll be back. Went to get a refund, manager wasn’t their. Came back and was told manager was to busy. $10 is $10. The fact of how we were treated and dismissed is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Watched the guy make a sandwich for the person in front of me. He didn't address me at all for the 5 mins. Then he checked them out wearing the gloves touching the computer and tried to make my sandwich with the same gloves on. I left.

I ordered through Doordash and when I received my food the bag had my name with "have a wonderful Day! These kinds of things make me want to keep returning to a location. And brought a smile to my face for the day. Thank you for making my order mean that much more.
