We stopped in for breakfast midway on our 30 hour road trip. We weren't familiar with the area but we were very happy with our choice of the Grand Avenue Cafe. The bread pudding is unbelievable. My only complaint is that it's ten hours from my home. Love it!

Quaint Cafe in downtown Eau Claire. Friendly staff. Busy morning but we didn't wait long for our food. Breakfast was great with perfectly cook eggs and bacon. Hashbrowns could use a little more butter and seasoning but were still good. Phenomenal strawberry rhubarb bread pudding with a homemade sweeten condensed sauce.

Their Eggs Benedict is on point. Quite literally one of the best made, homemade like Eggs Benny I've come across. We are grateful Nucleus was closed so we could experience this amazing food

I was happy to come back to Grand Avenue Cafe. Had the southwest chicken wrap, peach bread pudding, 2 muffins to go with my guest having the everything bagel egg sandwich. The hours on Google and the sign on the door both say that you close at 2:30 PM but I was there at 1:45 PM today and the door was locked, all the lights were on and I tried calling and no one answered. There are very few places open for a good breakfast on Mondays so I was really excited to eat here again since it’s been a few years but I guess I’ll just go somewhere else. Really glad that I drove all the way there. I did not see any sign anywhere that said you closed early today. And the only reason I’m writing this one star review is to try and get your attention because obviously a phone call isn’t going to do it

My wife and I stopped in lunch today, and the food was quite good . My complaint is the loud music , totally took away from any effort to have a conversation .

Very good service, good prices and great coffee. Small cafe in a quiet business neighborhood. Food is always very good.

After my morning walk downtown I was in the mood for a cup of coffee and a pastry. I spotted the Grand Avenue Cafe and oh my goodness....what a quaint, lovely cafe. I ordered the fried sausage, egg, cheese, green pepper breakfast wrap.Great pricing and portion size. Friendly service. My new favorite breakfast nook.
