Me and my husband are impressed by this place.We went from Chicago to Door county almost two months ago, this is our dinner place of the first night. My husband is a chef in a Michelin star restaurant so I told him 10 times please do not have too high expectations it’s not in the city.Then, everything is well done, even the spinach salad! I am sure it is very good however the restaurant is not open for service. You can take the cheese tray from the store and eat it there, he said. We called ahead and left a message with No response. They should up date their answering machine. Disappointing

This has to be one of the best restaurant I’ve ever been to.First thing, the owner of the restaurant was so kind and humble. We even got complimentary cheese curds at the end. He gave our dog a bowl for food and guided us about the local trails and attractions we could try. We couldn’t be more thankful and grateful for going above and beyond given we didn’t know the places around so much.Second, the service was at par than anywhere else.
