It's okay. Definitely more of a breakfast place then lunch or dinner. I've had their breakfast a few time and it was great, but had lunch and was not impressed. BLT was blah(which is hard to do) soup was more like broth and crackers, salad was literally just lettuce (even a few carrots would have given it some color). Atmosphere was okay, but I agree with the other comments, waitstaff does take a long time to come around.

Decent meal selections, reasonably priced, offers a good array of café food, staff is friendly and the café overall has a good vibe.

We were pretty much ignored. It took about 15 minutes before we were served drinks. Another 15 minutes before our order was taken. Another long wait for our food, my food was cold. Not luke warm. Cold scrambled eggs, pancakes and bacon. The waitress was not checking on us, a different waitress refilled our coffee after we stopped her. They were steady but not full, pleanty of seating was available. Tthis truly was an awful experience compared to our previous 2 times we were there. We will not be going back.

Amazing food! I recommend the stuffed French toast with apples. I was expecting raw sliced apples but was pleasantly surprised when they were cooked cinnamon apples. Very delicious! The coffee was delicious as well. Highly recomend. My fiance had the country fried steak and eggs. It was delicious as well. The staff was friendly and attentive.

We're from out of town... we have eaten here 3 times in the past while visiting in Ft Atkinson. This 4th visit didn't go well. It was on the busy side of a day in the place BUT not full. We were seated for 15 to 20 minutes before being approached by a bus girl that asked if we had been taken care of yet - no we hadn't. She asked what we wanted to drink & then brought our drinks a few minutes later. 10 more minutes with no other service. I asked for to go cups for our drinks. A few more minutes went by with no service. Having been there now for 30 minutes I left some money on the table along with our beverages and we left the restaurant empty handed and still hungry.

Kerri sat us, gave us menus, brought drinks, and then proceeded to completely ignore us for well over 10 minutes. Then loudly complaining “We’re doing the best we can” to absolutely no one. We were it.
She picked up the same rag five times and did nothing. She was avoiding taking our order.
$75 for breakfast and the service was subpar. I get it, we aren’t locals but our money is still green.

Food service everything 100% one of the best! I absolutely love the hometown diner feel, and the food is AMAZING!!! I've tried hamburgers, breakfast food, soups, just about everything they have everything is amazing! And not to pricey and super quick!

I had a great time. The food is well prepared and has all it takes to keep wanting more.

Love it here! Never had an issue. Been going here for 4 years now. Closes at 2 tho.
