They do not respect their customers, I was treated very rudely while here. Would not recommend.

Small place with nice, diverse Mexican menu choices, plus some Colombian as well. I got the quesabirria tacos and red pozole soup. Both were better than average. Our waitress was very sweet and accommodating, though at times a tad hard to understand for me.

I got the horchata, quesabirria, and cornbread dessert.

The horchata is very good!

The quesabirria was okay. Not bad, not very good. Good presentation but lacked flavor and needed more meat. Overpriced - $18 for 3 small ones.

The cornbread dessert was hot, flavorful. I liked it!

With tip I spent $35 for one person so a bit pricey - just a drink, entree, dessert. I didn’t do the add ons for rice & beans or chips & salsa either.

This place is back on my “no list”. First off, they got my wife’s meal 100% correct. She was pleased and enjoyed her meal. This is very hard to do as her luck at establishments hasn’t had the best record. And now, the rest of the story…

Chips and salsa are table stakes at any Mexican restaurant. If you have to charge for them, it should be bottomless. La Cocina charges you for each order, sometimes. Last time we were here, we asked for a refill and we’re not charged. This time on our visit we were charged. Get it straight. Train your staff.

I am always good for at least three beers when I’m out for dinner. I finished my first one, and was never asked if I wanted another. In fact, our table was never visited after our meal was delivered. The restaurant was not busy. There were two servers and three tables of customers. Our server had only one table but ignored us.

On my last visit, my burrito was overflowing with meat. This visit I could hardly tell if there was any in it. (Good) Consistency brings customers back.

It will be a good minute before I return.

I got 2 burritos added rice and avocado to both and a margarita.
Margarita was good the burritos didn’t even have a slice of avocado and all rice just a little meat. They charged me $50 never again 👎

They had no specials, no taco Tuesday, 3.60 for a taco .50 for added toppings. I ordered a Chicken fajita dinner and asked to sub fries for the rice and beans, was told no but I could purchase the side for 4.00. Almost 11.00 for 2oz. Of what looked like pace salsa with cilantro added small portion of chips and 2 bottles of beer

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants, I try to stop in a few times a month, for lunch while I am working. Everything is always served fast and fresh. Customer service is exceptional, I just love this place. Try the empanadas, they are one of my favorites. The Pozole soup, is also excellent!
