We arrived there around 9PM to learn the dining room was closed which wasn't a big deal until I saw other individuals being seated in that area. We didn't get spoken to by any servers for about 20 minutes. Server was very kind, but slow service and freezer burned food ruined the meal. Server said she'd take one item off our receipt due to it being severely freezer burned which of course she never came back to do so. Usually love Applebee's, but unfortunately will not come back...read full review

Had an absurd amount of hair and dirt in our appetizer. Of which they still made us pay for when we pointed it out to the staff. It looked like it was dropped on the floor in the kitchen, and still plated.

This place is a joke. I sat there for 30 minutes before the waitress told me that they had only one plate of riblets left. I couldn't believe how unprofessional the staff was. Very unorganized, how can you not know that the riblets were gone. SMH therefore I left.
