Roy Kroch would not believe the level of rudeness and incompetence by the people hired by the Independant owner of this McDonalds.I was visiting from another state and never in my travels have I encountered such poorly managed and low class McD's. Do yourself a favor keep driving don't stop here not even for a visit to the rest rooms.

I ordered a Big Mac and went through the drive thru. I arrived home and there was no beef patty. It was only sauce, lettuce and cheese. They do not answer their phone, nor am I able to leave a message. I don’t feel like driving back there.Stay away from here. They take your money but do not deliver what is on the menu!

Update 9/21/23:Still unprofessional unless the right person is there. Today they tell me to wait and then take the order of the car that came after me. Management here is truly a joke.Update 8/16/23:Store looks open but no one answers drive thru or phone. Doors are locked, too. This place desperately needs new management.Never open when their website or Google maps says. Definitely not open at 5am and most of the time closed by 7pm. What's the point of posting hours if they are never right?

Update 9/21/2023:What's the second most important part of a Steak, Egg, and Cheese Bagel...? The damn egg. How are you going to leave that off. Smh.Store should have been open but no one was taking drive thru orders or would pick up phone. Staff was no where to be seen. Doors were locked. Hope this store just sucks and wasn't being robbed. This location needs new managers and staff.

I pulled up to this drive thru at 7am and I ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. I was immediately met with a poor attitude by a black appropriating white woman named linda. She groaned and said “which bread” to which I did not know the answer because I don’t frequent McDonalds. A brief response indicating what types of bread McDonald’s offers would suffice. When I said that the McGriddle is basically an English muffin, she began to argue with me that it was not the same. On the photo it looks identical to an English muffin but again, a brief explanation of the difference would suffice. But no that was too much work. When I said, “it looks like an f’n English muffin” to which she replied that she wouldn’t take my order because I said the f word. However, the irony is that if I was greeted with respect, I would not have used any foul language and would have met her with the same respect.When I pulled up to ask her name, she slammed the drive thru window in my face. So I literally had to hold up the drive thru line to speak with the manager, Collin, who was very gracious. I told him that this woman has zero customer service and needs to be taken off drive thru and not interact with people. My fridge is broken so another McDonald’s will be getting my business until my fridge is fixed.

I have been to many McDonalds, and this is the worst of the worst. I am in the area for work on occasion and I always think they still can't be that bad..and I'm always wrong....Yesterday all I wanted was a large Diet Coke..simple enough. Usually, it is around $1.36.. depending on tax. Well, the person taking the order asks if I have exact change..I said, no. Then she says. "Well then, it's going to be $2.00 because we have no change!" Really! How about only charging me $1.00 because it's your problem..not mine!

All soda machines were not working and staff did not want to use drive thru soda machines worker was in the washroom, exited the stall and left-did not evenconsider washing her hands. STAY AWAY!

The drive through line was not moving. I decided to leave the line and go somewhere else. As I drove by the windows I saw 5 employees standing around laughing and texting. I don’t even know if they were taking orders. Glad I left!

This is one of the worst if not THE worst McDonalds location I have ever been to. The is the closest one to me but we will drive up to Fox Point/Bayside if we really want McDonalds (rare).The food is usually what's expected from McDonalds. That is, if you can get what you want to order. I'm always being told that something is broken or they're out of it but then I will see it being given to other customers.What really stands out is the absolute terrible service from the employees. I understand this is a low paying job, I'm not expecting excellence here - but they have often been downright MEAN. I've also had them refuse to give me items from my order even though I have the receipt that shows I paid for it. They will tell me it's in my bag, when it's not. The bizarre arguments I have had with the employees here is bonkers.My guess is the management must be absolute trash for everyone to behave the way they do.Just do yourself a favor and go to a different location, literally any other location.
