We had excellent service. The lasagna I had was delicious and very cost effective.
Gallaghers used to be one of my go to places for pizza but lately they have fallen short. Quality and customer service has slipped with delivery times ridiculously long. Last pizza I ordered took TWO hours from call in and arrived cold. Will be a long time before I try Gallaghers again.

I have been ordering from this place for over 5 years because I thought they were the best pizza restaurant in town but my how things have changed today. I had pizza delivered to my job, nothing new. I gave the lady who took my order specific instructions for driver, NOTHING NEW! She told me the wait would be 45 min to an hour! Cool no problem! An hour and a half goes by and I’m looking for my pizza so I call. They go get the manager. Manager tells me “ I don’t know what to tell you but the pizza is there”! I never received a phone call from anyone, which has always occurred! Manager tells me that they don’t call customers or they would be making millions of calls per year (since when??). Manager continues to talk over me because I’m obviously frustrated and instead of him apologizing for me not recieveing my pizza THAT I Paid for, he continues to talk over me and give me every reason why he’s not going to allow me to talk or how I’m lying and all this other stuff to cover up their mistake! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and manager doesn’t need to work there! And wouldn’t give me his name
