Always a must visit when I hit the FRV for the last five years, I was sorry to hear my next sojourn to GRB, I will not be able to enjoy their good edibles!

Ordered a vegan pizza which it is listed that it can be vegan. It was acknowledged at time of order vegan. Pizza came and I asked if it had blue cheese on it, she went and checked and said it was vegan. Asked a second time as I found the blue cheese on the pizza, she went back to kitchen a second time and said oh sorry it was a miscommunication. Did she really check the first time???? I doubt it. Got a new pizza, never offered a discount or any apologies. Plus none of the draft beers were working. I understand mistakes happen, but no excuse on this one. Will never go again.

First off, o ordered the pizza uncut, so it would stay hot, and it was cut. Then the pizza had almost no sauce on it, i mean so little you couldnt even taste the sauce. It was like chese and bread. 2nd time i had a problem with this place. They just chased me away.

I've been here twice, now, and we ordered different pizza, based on how bland the red sauce is. The description says crushed tomato sauce...and I truly believe that is all there is, as there are no seasonings to be seen or tasted. It's not the best on a pizza...so we tried the garlic sauce instead. Both times we had sausage pizza and I love how light the crust is. We ordered breadsticks both times - which are delicious and I prefer to dip them in the ranch sauce. We also ordered the cheesy breadsticks and they are delicious...again it would be better with a more spicy red sauce. Their ranch is delicious. And, of course, the have delicious homemade ice cream! Next time, I think we might just get the appetizers and a salad!

Our experience at Heartland was great. Specifically Veronica was amazing!!! We’ll definitely be back.

10” pizza and breadstick, came with crushed tomato sauce. It was pretty good!

Ordered a small pizza from them on their App tonight and it was delivered in a half open box with toppings and slices strewn around in the box. I called to notify Heartland of the issue and was put in touch with the Shift Manager. The Shift Manager refused to take responsibility. I told him I was not looking for a refund, but wanted to point out the drop in quality of food and service. He said i needed to call DoorDash because once it leaves the store they are no longer responsible. I entered into a contract with and paid Heartland, not DoorDash. It’s Heartland’s responsibility for the quality of the food and delivery. I should not have to reach out to DoorDash because they chose to contract them for the delivery. In the Last order food items were missing. Called Heartland about it and Alexis did a great job in resolving the problem. Prior to that extra items ordered were not included, even after I left notes to remind them. Used to love visiting the place and ordered from them religiously. Maybe staffing issues is to blame, but their quality has dropped significantly. Today did it for me and I will not be a customer going forward.

Came in for gluten free pizza. They were out of it. The temperature in the restaurant was freezing. We asked several times to have the fans blowing on us turned off. We were told the kitchen is too hot for the dining room to be warmer. The pizza we did get was burned. When we pointed it out, the manager on duty asked them what we wanted them to do. It was awful. Purely awful.

I spend quite a while always searching for a good place to eat, especially when it comes pizza. I don't want to under sell this place, because up until I tried it myself I've heard nothing but good things about this place. I arrived, and was immediately met by a nice staff and was definitely seated properly. The restaurant was in good condition, but I suppose I should get to the point as to why it's getting two stars. I decided to do the build your own to go, however when I got back to my vehicle I started to smell something burnt, so I open the box and see that about 40% of the surface was burnt. I figured, only surface burn shouldn't be an issue, but about every 3rd bite was just burnt dough or meat.I understand that sometimes kitchens have bad nights, I've been there when I used to be in the industry, but this was a pizza that I would have remade had I caught it before I walked out the door. Again, the staff was really nice and the areas were clean, but this going down as one of the most disappointing pizza's I've had.

Figured I’d try this place out for my birthday. Both of the pizzas we got were burnt, especially the breadstick. The pizza had decent flavor (the parts that weren’t burnt) but the toppings would all come off on the first bite. Sadly, my family and I weren’t impressed and will probably never be back.

This is one of the only pizza places around that accommodates my diet. I’ve had almost every pizza on their menu.

Home of the soggy pizza. Love the ideas and concepts but regularly fails to deliver something quality. Have had so many pizzas from here that just don't live up and there are many more spots worth checking out instead.

Trip Advisor rated this place #2 in Green Bay, they must be paid reviews. My family comes from Manarola Italy and I was excited after seeing people call this place authentic. I was disappointed. The food lacked flavor, it was bland. I felt as though a tomato on a slice of toast would be more flavorful. When I mentioned this the staff was very rude, almost combative that this was "real Italian " and made me feel like my opinion did not matter. Very disappointed in the place. Nothing about this experience was special, I will not be returning the next time I'm in town.

We won't give this place a third try. Their food is gross. I'll eat almost anything, but I did not enjoy this sorry excuse for pizza. The red sauce is flavorless; I honestly think it's made only of puréed tomato. No salt or seasoning. Our pizzas: crust was soggy, underdone and unseasoned. Pepperonis we're burned. We both ordered black olives, they didn't tell us they only have kalamatas, and their flavor overtook the whole pizzas. On mine: Mushrooms were barely warm. They were fresh mushrooms but not really cooked at all. My husband asked them to make a supreme pizza, which came out as pepperoni, kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, and raw diced red onion. (No sausage...) We ordered two pizzas, two sodas, the "single" breadsticks and one kids milk and our bill was close to $65.00 The quality of pizza is worse than chuck-e-cheese's. Instead We got puréed tomatoes on soggy cardboard. Edit: we made a build your own so that it would be like my husband's favorite; a supreme, and ordered pepperoni, sausage, onion, peppers, and olives. It's the waiter's job to ask, "what kind of peppers? Green or roasted red?" And "we only have kalamata olives, is that ok?" They did not clarify for us. Also, it's the pizza chef's job to make it delicious. If the pepperonis were cooked to perfection like the owner claims, then why were the onions raw? Why was the crust soggy all the way up to the crispy edge? Why was it flavorless (aside from the overpowering taste of kalamata olives)? I see some pictures on Yelp of good looking pizzas. Ours were not. We got raw ingredients on top of soggy flavorless crust.

I really want this business to do well and understand about the worker shortage. They offer vegan options so it makes this one of our go to places for our vegan family members. That being said, two things happened on our last to go order that was disappointing. The order was placed on the app more than six hours before pickup. When I went to pick up the order at the designated time they were running behind. Again, I understand about the worker shortage but a 35 minute wait seemed a bit long especially when the order was placed well in advance. A text would have been nice but, okay worker shortage. The second thing that was disappointing was one of the pizzas was burnt. Not just a little dark brown, the crust was black. Granted this was what I would consider a large order - six pizzas, but the family member receiving the burnt pizza was not impressed.
