Tried 3 different macs on different visits while traveling on business . The Buffalo max was the first and is what brought me back . Absolutely delicious. I also tried the BBQ chicken Mac which is okay and the Lobster Mac . The lobster was the least favorite . I don’t like artificial seafood . It was a no for me. I will be returning for another Buffalo mac while I’m here on assignment.

I don't like most mac & cheese, but after trying the bacon ranch I changed my mind. So I was excited to hear that Macs was going to have a lobster melt. I got one and was so disappointed. In the first place, it was loaded with the worst cheese sauce I have ever eaten. There was one little piece of what I guess was lobster, but all I could taste was the awful cheese. I took a couple of bites and bit into a shell, which cut my mouth. So I looked at the rest of the half of my sandwich and found 2 more pieces of shell. It should be called a lobster shell melt. Needless to say, it ended up in the garbage.
I used the drive thru, and ordered the Jalapeño Popper Mac. I had to wait a bit, because the (very nice) employee was being thorough and making sure my order was correct. He offered me a free soda for waiting. The food is always great and the service is too! My favorite after work dinner stop.

I'll be honest I hate Mac and cheese. But this place has changed my mind now I LOVE IT... I also like to sit by the window and they have a drive through and I love watching careless people run over the curb leaving the drive thru. So far there has only been like 21 cars that I know that made it through... anyways if you like mac and cheese you will love it here
