The employee at the register was great when we went to this location to get food to-go. However, the food was very disappointing. The noodles were very dry and not cooked well in our Mac-and-cheeses. They barely had any sauce in them so, it wasn’t so flavorful as the “50% more cheese” posters advertise. It’s always been this location we haven’t had the best food.

the minute we walked in we saw workers giving us dirty stares/looks and rolling there eyes. One of my friend found a hair in their food, and they were mocking us. we watched them mouth omg and rolling their eyes when other customers walked in. the only reason this has 2 stars is because the food is good and the register guy was nice and not rude.

I'm normally a dine out / to go guy. Never have had any problems. Only thing is I wish I could order the coke freestyle machine order from the app instead of having to get In line to buy a soft drink to then do the coke freestyle.

It's your standard Noodles & Company, not much more to say than that. We went for an early lunch, so it wasn't busy and our food came out quickly (though we did see them prepping a ton of pickup orders as we were eating, so we picked a good time to go). The food tasted fine-I got buttered noodles with parmesan-crusted chicken. The chicken was maybe a little overdone, but the seasoning on the noodles was good. They have the fun soda machines with all the fun flavors you can mix and match, so I enjoyed that. The one minor downside: it was cold in the restaurant (I seem to remember that being the case when I used to go here in high school). But, they do have plenty of seating. Overall, it was a fine meal (and a blast from the past since I hadn't been there in years!).

Ordered a Cream roasted garlic Tortellini to go. Got home and it was some other type of pasta. My fault for not double checking before leaving the restaurant but now they don’t answer the phone. Very disappointed and more than likely will not return. Had what I wanted day before and loved it. The meal they gave this time was disgusting for me. Unfortunately this incident and themNot answering the phone has lost me as a customer.

Not only is the restaurant in a bright and convenient location, but it's also clean with pleasant staff. What I appreciated MOST was that my drink order was waiting with my food for pick-up. I can't tell you how many times I have forgotten my drink from other establishments.Vegetarian options: Zucchini noodles and tofu!!! The flavors are amazing for fast food.

Me, wife and son all got something from the Mac & Cheese that resulted in all 3 of us 'releasing our innards' for a greater part of the day. Pardon the pun, but when your gut tells you to go somewhere else, do it. Should have known better.
