Placed an online order ( a fairly large pick up order) on a Sunday afternoon, and it was amazing! Order was ready in 10-15minutes and everything was exactly as I ordered it, special instructions were followed and everything was complete. Big thank you to the entire team who fulfilled our order!

I like to say that the food was totally good. I was part of the group that was from my sister's funeral. All that I say that this place has a great atmosphere the staff was great and the staff was terrific. I like to come back under better circumstances to enjoy the great food that was served and enjoy the great staff that was there. I would definitely would recommend this place to everyone that was wants to know where to go for the great food and staff. Thank you for everything that you have here with the food and the staff. By the way you guys have great macaroni and cheese.

I love the rib tips, and their variety of sauces is outstanding. Service at the bar is outstanding with friendly staff and a great vibe. Good mixed drinks and the ribs are always good.

We hadn't been to Famous Dave's for a long time, and it will probably be an even longer time before we go back. We walked in and we sort-of greeted by the hostess, she didn't say much, said to follow her, and pretty much plopped the menus on the sticky table and left. It seemed that she really wanted to be anywhere but there. After almost 15 minutes, and a minute before I was ready to walk out, our waitress appeared, my wife convinced me to stay. We ordered an app - the onion strings - and I told the waitress after those were done we'd have the Feast for Two, my daughter ordered a soda, my wife a glass of water, and I ordered a beer. Somehow the timing of the meal was totally screwed up. The Feast showed up before the drinks and before the app. Then, after having to remind the waitress, my wife and daughters drinks showed up, but not my beer. We started in on the Feast - the beans were hot, the brisket and ribs were warm, and the chicken was cooked, but was room temperature. We were hungery and started eating. About half way through the Feast our app showed up ,nice and hot, I was still waiting for my beer. It finally showed up a little while later. When we were done we looked around for the waitress to pay the check, she was no where to be found. I got up to look for her and asked the same hostess - who was now cleaning tables - to please send our waitress over. She said she would finder her right away, and proceeded to clean two tables before wandering off. It still took a little while for our waitress to place the check on the sticky table with out even asking if we enjoyed the meal. As mentioned, it will be awhile before we go back to Famous Dave's.

UPDATE! Today on 02/27/24 Pete delivered hot and fresh to our door an amazing meal, correct items, sauces Included! Customer service was impeccable! I appreciate an establishment that goes above and beyond to correct its wrongs, now the best BBQ in America is prepared by me, buttttt you guys did a great job! Thank you and we will be back! We ordered we got someone else's food filed a complaint restaurant still had not responded,then to top it off the food was cold on Valentine's Day and tasted horrible. We threw it away wasted 50 bucks. This is what we ordered vs what we got.. Never again
