Service and employee conduct was poor. It was pretty much high school students running a professional restaurant. One employee had airpods in and was listening to music, Most didn't really speak nor show any enthusiasm, and another employee had her airpods and cell phone on the table where they prepare food, which doesn't seem sanitary. Texting and on their phones when customers are waiting in line. I felt awkward asking for a topping as they seemed so bothered to even be working. This was the worst experience ever had the shift lead was very rude and snotty. I was told by another shift lead that there is no manager at this time so she can give me the district manager number which she never did. I will not be going back there I will stick to my other pizza place PEPINOS on Appleton .

Came to this location at 9pm Friday night, with only one employee working the counter. She was super rude, barely acknowledged my fiancee and I. When she finally came to the counter to take our order, she seemed like she was super annoyed. We asked for a pizza and salad and she said the lettuce has been put away already so they aren’t making any more salads, huge disappointment for us. Asked for cheesy bread instead - once the pizza and cheesy bread was done, she didn’t ask if we wanted to top off our pizza with any sauces, and when I asked for marinara and hot honey on the side, she didn’t say anything at all to say ok or acknowledge what I asked for, just walked away and grabbed the honey and marinara, came back and put it on top of our pizza and gave our food. Bad customer service and employee seemed very unhappy.

Went here Sat. Feb 24th at about 7pm. What a disaster…This place has really gone down hill fast the past couple years. I wanted green peppers on my za and they were out. It’s 7pm you’re open for 3 more hours go cut some more! It wasn’t only the peppers most of the other common toppings appeared to be out for the day. There were no more bottled sodas available in the cooler so I opted for a fountain soda. The regular coke tasted flat and out of syrup or something? None of the workers were wearing gloves as the were touching my pizza from start to finish cutting it up. Whoever was putting my pizza in the oven when the put it in all the ingredients were slid to one side! The pizzas never seem done, like they need to be in the oven for another 10 mins. There was no offer for the hot honey etc. I had to ask for it.It was 25 degrees outside and it felt like the air conditioning was on. The overhead vents were blowing cold air. Needless to say for now on I will avoid this dump. The workers were polite but overall A very disappointing experience.

Literally prefer to order online when doing errands. But everytime I order from this Mod online they simply can’t read a ticket.And it’s like I’ve worked in food in kitchens.The fact to reading an order and do the exact ticket. I guess is to much to ask for here?

The experience is great, choosing everything that gets put on the pizza and seeing everything made right in front of me was pretty cool. The only things i have to complain about was the roasted garlic seemed to be old and the soda machine wasn't dispensing soda correctly. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I’ve literally never seen people move slower than the people who work here. 6 people behind the counter moving at a snail pace. Over 20 minutes just in line. Please train your employees on efficiency and speed.

Ask anyone who’s been here & you’ll hear the same horror stories. Worst Mod location in SE Wisconsin. Don’t even bother. Consistently out of ingredients, incorrect orders, employees who can’t count to ten, long wait times, dirty tables. I keep convincing myself to give it another try & im always let down.
Everything was very unique and very different although the one girl was not willing to help find my coupon on the phone.

Not amazing pizza but not bad it's pretty average. It is nice to make it how you want it without paying an arm and leg for each topping. Staff was friendly, more so the girl who was working she was little more helpful. Is worth going back to again.

When ya have to tell them not to just dump the toppings only in the middle spread them around. Sauce was sparce needed to ask him for more on 2 of the pizza the 3rd one had sauce uneven spread pile on one side n trace on the other side. Then keep asking for more topping cause you want toppings all the way through the pizza. The mega crust was not cooked all the way through. Great concept execution needs alot of work. Place was clean. We WILL NOT BE BACK. THERE IS NO REASON TO DISPLAY THE EVERYONE WELCOME BANNER. GUESS THIS PLACE IS GONNA BE ANOTHER BUD LITE case.
