Just had a wonderful lunch experience here! Korey H the GM ended up being our server, he was pleasant attentive, refilled our drinks without having to ask. The food was great, but his personality made it even better! Thank you! P.S. He deserves a raise ;)

Was taken out for a treat by my ex. We were seated in a corner that was very nice. He ordered a virgin bloody mary and I had a margarita. After about 15 minutes we got our drinks and ordered food, we both ordered the same, surf and turf. My margarita glass had a big chip on the bottom of the glass but I let it go. We got our food, mind you we ordered everything the same except the potato. His steak was done perfect and at least 1 inch thick. Mine had to put on the same time as his, was too done and about a half inch thick. The lobster tails were quite small for both of us, with only about 5 bites a piece. Cole slaw had a yellowish color, I tried but didn't eat. I ordered a 2nd margarita that I ended up not drinking because I took it up to the bar to show them the 3 big chips in the rim which is a health code violation and just got excuses. The decor is dated, dusty and it looks like no one has cared about making this establishment what I know it once was. The bill was $102. I felt we were more of an inconvenience than a valued patron that pays their bills. Won't be returning any time soon.

I ordered the surf n turf with a medium rare stake. The steak was undercooked, so bloody I was so turned off I couldn't even finish half of it. The broccoli was mush, so overcooked that it was worse than mashed potatoes.

Incredibly they were out of lobsters tails. End up eating the sirloin steak and crab legs. Mash potato were cold. It was my birthday today and told my waitress about it but nothing happened, no reward no cake.

Ate at the restaurant at 4645 S. 76th Street in Greenfield, WI. We made reservations for 6pm, were seated at 6:15 in the very-open bar area (why did we need to wait??). A very nonchalant, inattentive, attitude-ridden waitress ruined our experience here. Natalie C. is her name. Manager had to check on our food refills twice while the table across from us got their refills promptly. Husband just gave up on asking for more because we didn’t have yet another 20 minutes to wait. I asked for melted butter and never got it. I asked for a refill of water and it was slammed down on the table when she brought it back. When the waitress was questioned about food refills, she blamed the kitchen or simply stated “I forgot” with a head nod and couldn’t-care-less shoulder shrug. No apology whatsoever. When told that her service would be reflected in her tip, she quite loudly said “You gave ME attitude. I don’t want your tip! I don’t need your tip!” and stomped off. I wanted to address this with the manager, but he was caught up in conversation at a table. Oh, also, some kind of employee fight broke out in the kitchen and, as we were leaving, the police arrived.

Don't waste your time dining in here. The service is so slow you'll never get your initial drinks or your food until you've been there for at least 1-2 hours at minimum. If you want more biscuits or another order of your endless shrimp be prepared to wait 30+ minutes before it shows up. It's unfortunate the service is so poor because the food that you get is actually very tasty, but as it stands I will not return to this restaurant as this is not the first time I've had the exact same disappointing experience.

Everything took so long, not cause of the waitresses but cause of poor management. Waiting 20 minutes for every item. Food was OK, pasta over cooked and burnt, mashed potatoes were from a box.

I'm not sure what the underlying issue is but it boggles my mind how such a massive restaurant chain isn't held accountable for their lack of customer service.Where do I begin..Our family of 3 arrived around 5:20pm and were taken to our seats at 5:50pm. Our waitress(later found out her name was Debra) brought us a menu and told us she'll be back. At 6:09pm, she came back with her pad and pen and asked, "What did you want?" and I said, "Well, I'd like a Pepsi. I'm also interested in the biscuits." She glares at me and says, "yeah, they're included" with no further explanation. Wasn't sure if they're unlimited or how many we get. So, I told her what I'll be having to eat (Lobster Linguini) and our daughter would like the strawberry smoothie and Mac & Cheese. She then looked at my husband and said, "you?" and took his order. Didn't say anything else, just took the menus and walked away. About 10 minutes later she brought us our sodas.a Another 10 minutes after that, she brought my daughter's smoothie. By this time, we've been seated over 30 minutes.Meanwhile, the 2 managers wandering around, deliberately ignoring our table and the other 2 tables nearby us who were also waiting almost an hour. Finally at 7:00pm, she brings our food(the mac n chz looked like it was cooked too long in a microwave) out and sets it down, walks away. We never saw her again. Vanished. The other tables were trying to waive other servers to request refills and ask on the status of their meal. None of those servers assisted either(acknowledged and did nothing).Finally at 7:30pm, we got up and my husband found a manager. As I was walking out with our child, I confronted the manager saying, "This needs to change. It's unacceptable and there is no reason it should take anyone that long. No customer service or hospitality. No acknowledgement. From any of the servers or managers when it was clear that we were sitting in the booth with nothing on the table. All of those guests are still waiting too."The "manager" lowered his head shaking it saying he's sorry. Didn't seem overly empathetic. He comped the drinks and we were on our way.I think it's safe to say they need to clear house and start over. Maybe do a bar rescue with Jon Taffer or maybe Super Nanny for the way some of these workers act.If it were anyone else, it would've been a dine and dash. I'm sure they probably will have a few of those tonight.

I have been going to red lobster for four decades, and yesterday was our worst experience ever! Walked in the door was told we would have about a 50 minute wait, which my mom wanted to wait! So we went to the bar to wait, at the bar waiting 10 mins with no service. I finally went and asked somebody if there was a bartender working, they assured me there was, within about 4 to 5 minutes later the person appeared. And then we were called to be seated! We got are drinks and went to sit! We sat there about 15-20 minutes before our waitress even acknowledge us! As we waited. I was going back-and-forth to the bar to get our own drinks because our waitress seemed to be MIA! When are waitress finally did come and take our food order, I ordered my meal and a Side salad which never came. So after 15 -20 mins of waiting for it. I flagged the waitress down to have her cancel the salad since she never brought it, and our food was about to come out. Literally, two minutes later, our food did come out, by one of the Managers. I did let him know the situation, and he kinda shrugged it off like it wasn’t the first time somebody has told him this and brushed it under the rug! I did ask for a different side since my salad never came! Then Noticed, as my food is getting cold that we have no silverware! So the waitress that brought out my side, I had asked her for silverware and for Crab crackers and I felt bad for bothering her since she was doing a favor for the manager! So then then the manager had brought out some Silverware and these Plastic crab thing to get the crab out and I could not get the crab out, I asked for something to crack them with because the snow crab shell is hard in some areas!They told me people take them home so they don’t have them anymore! Then he continue to tell me that no one but myself has had issues with the plastic ones! Which I find that very hard to believe they just don’t eat all their food and don’t say anything and don’t come back! He also seemed full of excuses! I’m a paying customer, that has nothing to do with me, I don’t steal them and I don’t take them home! But I am paying Full price for something I cannot fully eat! Almost said there don’t sell crab legs if you don’t have proper utensils to eat them correctly! But I didn’t! I kept my peace! I’m paying $40 for my meal and I can’t even enjoy all of my food! At this point, I’ve had enough and I wanna go home. I order piece of cheesecake to go! And when the one managers returns to our tables he apologize for the inconvenience, but they have NO TO GO containers AT ALL! Which, I could not understand since they have pickups and deliveries on going, out of this location! They probably had at least 50 or 60 people sitting in the dining area! Here I sit disgusted, upset with my Garlic buttery shrimp that I basically cannot take home at this point because they have nothing for me to put it in!We spent $50 at the bar and $100 on food and we had the worst service ever! Sorry Red lobster, we have stayed faithful throughout the years!You have been an icon in our lives, but we will not be returning!This happened at their Greenfield Wisconsin Location on 2-25-24..Also.. when I had went to the bathroom I walked in to the smell of crap, which wasn’t a big deal sometimes rich food like this don’t agree with everyone but we still eat it.. but the one toilet had poop going down the front of it and all over the floor and u could tell it’s been sitting like that for a while!My mom didn’t want to go to the bathroom after I reported that back to her and she had 3 drinks and held it until she got home!
