I've had my venison hot and sweet sticks and jalapeno cheese sausage done here for 6 7. Yrs now absolutely impressed with all of them very nice to deal with and the product is fantastic thank you all

This was my 1st time using this business for my venison processing. Many of my friends recommended this business. It was decent drive for me but thier prices were far cheaper than anything closer to my area. The prices are extremely reasonable. I cut my processing costs almost in half by switching to this business. The staff was friendly and they also have nice cuts of beef/pork available for purchase. They processed my venison in a reasonable time as well. The packaging was also very nice. I will be using this business going forward.

Waisted two trips with a deer they wouldnt take, HORRIBLE CHILDISH DISRESPECT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM WORKERS AND THE OWNER no matter how decent products may be will never reccommend or go back! Northern Trails in Watertown is better managed and great chedder brats

I waited in line for an hour, checked on Facebook for how many more they could take for the day 6 trucks in line and had 40 spots left I finally get to the drop off and they won't take my deer, would have thought that maybe they would have had someone letting people know that were in line that they could not take anymore. Waste of my time I will never go back.

I went to Pernats after a terrible experience at The Meat Market in Milton. Unlike Russ and his crew in Milton the staff at Pernats was courteous, respectful and very helpful. They do a great job with deer processing in all phases. I will definitely be back!

Pernat’s makes a high quality, delicious product. We are so happy with the venison sausage and hamburger they made for us and it only took a week to get it back. BUT the customer service is lackluster. I had never been there to order before and was given zero direction when I came in to order. When I came for pick up, I was clearly an inconvenience to the girl working behind the counter. When she brought out the cart of meat, she shoved it in my direction and she and another man stood behind the counter and watched while I struggled to get 150lbs of frozen meat out the door by myself. The man mildly redeemed himself by helping me get the empty cart back in the door, but maybe he just wanted me out of there. If the employees would try even just a little bit to make customers feel welcome this would be a five star review. I’ll still go back because the product is THAT good but won’t have any expectations for friendly or helpful employees.
