So I ordered from here twice now once for delivery and another time I picked it up. It took forever both times then both times about 5 hours the 1st time and 6 hours the second time I got so sick. It's the 1st time I ever got sick at a Taco Bell and it's now happened twice at this Kaukauna location. Never ever again.

We were impressed with the food and service here. The Taco Bell in Little Chute and Appleton East side have been going downhill for a while. We are so glad we went to try the new restaurant in Kaukauna. The food was fresh and hot and really good. We had a wait, but they were very busy, and everyone was very nice to us.

Customer service was pretty bad. Came through the drive-thru and the guy at the window was very impatient and kept sighing because of two other cars behind me. Didn’t greet me or say goodbye, and just handed my food to me saying “here” and then closed the window. Felt like we were bothering them by simply getting food. :/

Food was cold and tasted like crap. They had rap music on in the kitchen with a ton of swearing. Had a hard time paying because I was using cash and the young guy couldn't even make change. Never will go back!!

Some items seemed to be made by spite or something.. 12/2@9:15 order 237 Bean Burritos w/ no onions is a burrito with everything but the beans, just sauce, cheese and onions. we even asked for no onions. Beefy 5 Layer w/ no Sour Cream = a tortilla filled to the brim with Beef and beans and nothing else. Soft Taco w/ No Lettuce = a Soft shell just filled with shredded cheese. Store should be closed back up so they can train these kids again. 10+ dollars down the drain. How you open for 2 months and got so many bad reviews. Owner/Manager isnt even responding to any of the reviews either. Place is just run by some rich dude probably that dgaf, expecting passive income from a franchise. Also the TV in your drive thru dont work either.
New building is nice but the service is slow. My daughter ran in to get pick up inside from an order in the app. I sat in the car and watched this employee messing around in and out of his car the entire 15 minutes I waited.... maybe he was on break, but a bit unprofessional if he was. Not the only time we were here with the service being slow....

Bathrooms were filthy, soda machine was not clean at all, staff were using their phone where they prepared food. Staff did not change gloves after using their personal cellphone. They continued to prepare food with the same gloves on. My visit ended in an unpleasant GI experience that I won’t forget for awhile.

You would think a new building would be clean and kept up. This location makes taco bells reputation sound appealing. Food was not great. Cold where it was not suppose to be. Staff was inappropriate. They were not busy and took way too long. Food was wet like it was sitting on a wet counter.

We were there last night. 2 people were waiting for over 40 minutes for food. They continuously ask the person ahead of me his name 7+ more times. One of the teens working came over by the counter touching his face with his gloves then went back and touched the food with those same gloves. The refried beans on my order were definitely old. There were multiple teens working and standing around watching numerous customer get angry because they were either missing food/drinks or there order was still not ready after 20+minutes. Then asked for a manager to be told he's too busy...
