Nice place for a fish fry, burgers or steak. They have a wonderful spread for their salad bar. It can be helpful to call ahead as they often have events in the dining hall. The wait staff is OK.
Dined on a Saturday evening and had the prime rib. I've eaten there several times before while passing through town and was looking forward to another satisfying experience. This occasion fell short of the mark. Had my first prime rib there and it was a big disappointment. A nice sized portion at a reasonable price. However, the meat was tough. I mistakenly thought their prime rib was slow roasted. This apparently was not. I don't know what kind of steam press trickery...
We used the catering service for a light lunch. Casey was very nice and easy to work with. She was helpful in figuring out numbers and amounts of food needed. They set up on time, had a beautiful display and cleaned up promptly. Very efficiently and professionally run. Thank You!
